I have been a customer now for almost a year.
Quality of Batmaids is very underwhelming. They don't seem to have any training or basic guidelines on how to clean. Even if you tell them to explicitly do something, they just don't do it.
I choose Batmaid and was willing to pay a premium to have a reliable service. Yes, I did get indeed a cleaner every two weeks, so that part worked, but if the quality is so bad, it is not worth the price.
I would doubt that EU law agrees with their practice of making a contract online but then not lgiving you an easy option to cancel that contract (you need to write a message through their page and they even put a Captcha there, as if logged in customers would be the ones to spam them)
PS: It has been 8 days, still no answer to my request to cancel the contract.
PPS: It took only 18 days to cancel my contract, impressive speed!

I have been a customer for amost a year doing bi-weekly cleanings. English-speaking customer service is always responsive on the phone, and the batmaids do very well. I tried a few different ones in the beginning, and now I have settled into a partnership with Juliane, who is particularly good. I saw that some reviews were negative, which made me hesitate, but if you just work with Batmaid as a company and communicate, you will get good service, which is hard to find in Berlin.

The worst cleaning service I ever used. I booked a lady, and I’ve got another one without any warning. She arrived 30 minutes late and apparently she never cleaned anything in her life. She left my parquet completely wet. She cleaned glasses and tiles with the same sponge leaving leftovers everywhere. Oh, and last but not least this costed me 35€ per hour. The customer service was useless, they just proposed a discount for the next booking. Never ever again!

She did her job, help with all kinds of things but mostly cleaning the bathrooms and taking most of the dust out of Apt.

Gitfy is a pleasant and friendly person. She was punctual and cleaning my 120m² appartment thoroughly and with great care.

It was easy to book a cleaning and customise it later.

This company keep signing me up for cleanings I didn't ask for. They have done this about three or four times now. It's criminal activity. I don't want more cleanings - stop signing me up for them! I do not have anything 'clicked' to ask for this. They are hoping I won't notice, but I do.

Overall a good service. But if you're looking for a 5* cleaning service for households who want a service like in a 5*hotel with people who are fast but still thorough, it won't meet your expectations. The barmaids that we had are either fast and not really detail-oriented or they are very slow and you don't get the things done even if you've booked 5 hours. So far, no barmaid was really fast with ironing.

We are using Batmaid now for a couple of month as we needed help in cleaning the appartment on a regular basis. The app is very intuitive, payment is made by credit card, so all in all very convenient. The price per hour is rather on the high side but then on the other end you dont have to worry about contracts, social security or insurance yourself. Batmaid tries to send you the same person if you are happy with him/her. If people were not available Batmaid was so far always able to find a short term replacement. The company is as well reachable by phone if necessary and happy to help.

Everything as expected - on time, fast and thorough!
