ordered a battery for oxygen contrator (portal) as a second battery to use on a flight. first one came in, would not hold charge. after gong back and forth, finaly got a replacement, it lasted about 60 days (if that)
having to spend at least a $100 more for another one, from a more better company ( in the US and a Medical supply house) have asked for a refund, we will see.
for now if there was a way to give a negtive I would.

I received the battery after a month for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, but it was completely dead. I measured voltage directly off the contacts and it shows no voltage at all and won't charge. You'll have to accept high risk ordering from this place.

I came across a set of thrown-out earbuds in Japan, and after cleaning them I decided to try to use them on the way home. However, I realized that they died relatively quickly, after only 1 hour of playback. I opened them up and discovered some Z55 batteries were needed to fix these buds. I found that they were selling this exact brand of Zenipower batteries on this website, and upon ordering them, they sent me to PayPal to complete the transaction. There's no option to directly use a credit card (good I suppose, but a little uncertain if the PayPal site they send me to is legit). After this, I was abruptly redirected back to the site after a brief thank-you page, with little-to-no order confirmation pages verifying my order was processed successfully. I did receive a confirmation email with no way to view my order online, and I was charged through PayPal, but no shipping or courier tracking information was available, which was rather disconcerting. I knew it was a gamble, but I ended up finally getting the package after ordering the batteries 17 days ago on the 1st. I did the swap-out, and after plugging in the charging case, both of the earbuds lit up, so for now it seems like the batteries work. I just wish there was more communication between the customer and the website.

Horrible service, I have been trying to return my battery to them as it doesn't work for over a month, it's like talking to a bunch of baboons, an incompetent bunch, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Seriously I laugh sometimes at how frustrated I have been with them, I just want my money back and they keep dragging their feet, trust me you don't want to deal with them, they are based in China so all their support is based there.

This website is totally legit. I live in Canada and wanted to get an OEM replacement battery for my New Nintendo 3DS. I ordered from here and, although it seems sketchy cause you just use PayPal, the battery came in just shy of a month! Considering the package wasn't tracked, I honestly expected it to take longer. Not only that, but I got sent two batteries and only paid for one! Not sure what happened there, but no complaints from me :P

Same here. I was looking for a replacement battery for my portable LTE router. Since the model was discontinued couple of months ago I had to find a seller who can ship Li-ion battery internationally all the way here to Korea. Nobody, literally NOBODY had that option except from this fishy-looking Chinese website ( all of the batteries with similar capacity are in same price... ) so I gave it a try. Twenty days past with no tracking information or whatsoever and all of a sudden the battery arrived!

I was struggling to find a replacement battery for my phone and this website had one for sale. I made the purchase on the site and then immediately regretted it since the website wasn't well known and I couldn't find any reviews on them. I thought maybe I had been scammed and had bad buyers remorse. Though I did get a tracking number, I didn't get a tracking number like I was used to since the website sells out of china and they have different shipping companies there. To my surprise I actually did get the battery in the mail where I live in Canada. This site is legit. If you need some kind of battery you'll get it. Mine took a while cause of COVID but not the websites fault.
