Good service initially
Good service initially, delivery arrived promptly. However I had ordered the wrong charger so ordered the correct one and sent the other one back, I have sent 3emails as of today and am still waiting a response as to when I will receive my refund and they are just ignoring me!

I took a chance on Battery Masters…
I took a chance on Battery Masters because the battery for my bike was a lot less money than the supplier of the last 2 batteries. The order process was good. Delivery very good and inspecting the battery ~I was impressed. Its fully sealed and well made.
Its been on the bike for about 2 weeks and cranks her up OK.I wait now to see how long it lasts.

The battery however was larger than the description so is not suitable, phone number was unobtainable when called and no response to my email. I am fortunate that I can sell on the battery to a colleague.

I needed two big batteries for my mobility scooter and battery masters UK were less expensive as many other companies for the same batteries elsewhere ranged in price from £25 to £70 more expensive depending on the company plus they charged shipping ontop of price....battery masters was free shipping I got mines within two days of ordering
