The item sent was not the same as the one on the website. I ordered a charger with an led indicator, the one I was sent was the same ad I already had that was sent free with the batteries. I will be returning it an wanting my money back. Will not advise people to use this company.

First order was cancelled, out of stock, tried ringing, no one and I mean no one would answer the phone,I wanted to check stock before I ordered again !
Took a chance, ordered another battery, luckily this one was in stock. If you don’t want to answer the phone, make sure your website is upto date

No Stock, No Refund, No Reply.
Ordered 2 batteries which were out of stock. Refunded for one 4 days later. I am still waiting for the second refund and I get no reply from several emails. Avoid wasting your time on this Unprofessional outfit.
Update: luckily I paid with PayPal and they refunded me instantly - they must be black listed. Seems others here weren’t so lucky.
