Great products, and amazing customer service. Any time I have reached out with an issue they have been responsive and provided a reasonable solution. Most recently Amelia was super helpful when a product did not ship on time. Have ordered many times and will continue to be a customer!
Christmas Gift Stolen but Replaced and Refunded
I ordered a gift for Christmas that was picked up by someone else who, sadly but not surprisingly, kept it. I reordered to ensure I received it by Christmas, and I also requested a refund. The new order arrived in time, and the company refunded my first order after a relatively simple process. My great-niece loved the gift, and I will keep BaubleBar in mind for my other little ones.

I highly recommend Bauble Bar and so does Scarlett Johansson by the way that’s how I initially found out about it. The products are exceptional quality, and a great price point but it’s really the concierge service that goes out of their way to help you, Kara my concierge needs a raise and a promotion because she totally facilitated a return that was extremely complicated and she made it right. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll feel like 1 million bucks.
I ordered 3 rings on 12/1
I ordered 3 rings on 12/1, 2 of them were custom rings supposed to ship 12/22. I received the Astra Star ring and the stones were falling out within a week. The ring itself is tarnished beyond being able to wear it so I reached out to them and they sent me another but it was the wrong size. I emailed them and they offered me a refund. My other rings got cancelled and refunded on 12/31 after no communication. Glad I didn’t receive them though at this point knowing the quality would’ve just been trash.
Phone case
I placed an order December 2nd, 2025. In checking with tracking as to date (dec. 25, 2025). It has yet to reach the shipping department. I dont understand why it takes so long to ship a phone case. And to make matters worse. No comminucations from them on why my item hasn't been shipped. Never ever buy from this company.

Ordered 12/1. Emailed Customer Service when gift had not mailed by 12/12. Explained I needed all like items by 12/22 and they said they couldn’t ship until 12/20. I asked for credit and they managed to ship one when I had already explained needed all 5 or nothing.
1. They charge your credit card when you order. Most reputable companies charge when they ship.
2. Screen FB comments so perspective customers only see good reviews.
3. Charged sales tax on shipping.
No response from Bauble Bar on my order…
No response from Bauble Bar on my order from Dec 10th. It is now the 22nd (almost Christmas) and they state all items shipped in 5-7 business days. Going to have to file with my credit card for a refund!!! @baublebar
Horrible timeliness and omissions.
I ordered an item Dec 3rd with the understanding my package would arrive several days before Christmas. Never was shipped by the date told. I reach out to get a response from the ai agent that didn't really help. Then received a message from the team finally,to tell me their fulfillment center is down, no reason why, just "not operational", so they will be "CANCELING" and "REFUNDING" my money. Neither has occurred as of writing this review. They made the timeliness, not me. No where was it made of apparent note that custom jewelry would go past what should be a calculated timeliness stated during the purchase. I just opened an email tthis moning saying something about a fire at the fulfillment center, like are you just learning of this Dec. 20th into 21st? Also, can you believe they were still spamming email with get before Christmas even yesterday the 20th.
Order cancelled 6 days before Christmas
Today is December 19th. I received an email from them stating my order I placed before the “Guaranteed before Christmas” window wouldn’t make it in time. So the order they had supposedly already released was canceled.
This was the first AND LAST time I will order from them.
Not impressed at all with the product
Not impressed at all with the product. lettering is way off and i am tossing my product. Just cheap looking all around. So many better brands out there do not waste your money on this kiddie one. When I approached customer service on lettering they ignored me so no customer service either.
Poor Service, Communication & Info
Yes, it’s Christmas time which means BaubleBar has more orders to fill, but plan accordingly. I ordered a custom piece on December 1 and it hasn’t even shipped. Customer service has been occasionally responsive. But I’m still getting TONS of spam from them offering delivery by Christmas. I know this isn’t for custom orders, but come on! The information on their website was not clear that I would be in danger of not getting my order before Christmas or I would have upgraded shipping or chose to order elsewhere. Very disappointing

I ordered 15 bracelets for Christmas gifts . I opened one of the bags and slid the bracelet over my wrist and it snapped and the beads went everywhere.
I contacted the company and the AI customer service said that someone would help me. It had been 2 days without any correspondence from them and I have reached out a handful of times. So disappointing !
Do NOT order from them
Do NOT order from them! They don't abide by their own shipping dates. They cancel orders within five minutes although they have a 24 hour timeframe to allow edits. They don't have a customer service line, and their Al assistant is useless... or maybe it's the humans on the other end. They say that they respond within 24 hours, but I’ve been emailing for days without a response from anyone besides the one person who told me they were going to cancel my order. Either way, do not waste your money. Only three of my eight custom ornaments will be here in time for Christmas in spite of them telling me that they would ship out by December 11th.

Ordered a gift off a Christmas wish-list without issue...except that my wife made the same purchase 7 days before, without telling me.
Jaime, in customer service, replied to my request for cancellation of the (duplicate) order within minutes and without issue. Money was refunded a few days later.
My wife's order came within a week and everything looks good!

They false advertising delivery dates by minimum - 10-14 days! Keep this in mind if you are ordering for an event or a gift. Also, the customer service personnel is awful!

After a month long wait to receive my “custom” pendant, the workmanship was terrible. It looked like a home made copy of what was pictured in their website. When I contacted service, they offered me a 10% credit on an item I paid $158 for. It was a small sterling charm, smaller than a quarter! I specifically didn’t go to Etsy because I thought this would be better quality. Avoid them for anything custom. SHOP ETSY INSTEAD. BAUBLE BAR does NOT stand by their products!
