Nice selection but insufficient product details
I’ve ordered from Bauble Bar a number of times, usually gifts for my daughters. My primary criticism is that the website does not offer much in the way of descriptive details for the products. For example, earrings are never given sizes. And the photos can be deceptive when considering size. Also, not enough angles are included in the product photos, so again, the customer does not get a fully accurate look at things. I most recently ordered the 18k gold birthstone huggie earrings and was disappointed at how small they are but especially surprised to see that the gemstones don’t go all the way around the earring (no gemstones on the bottom of the hoop). Both “problems” could have been eliminated if better product details were provided. I likely would have ordered them anyway but at least I would have known exactly what I was getting for my purchase.

Wonderful Customer Service!! I emailed after placing an order because I wanted to add another item. Turns out CS cant alter an order after it’s been placed but Chani was SO incredibly sweet and helpful! She immediately refunded the shipping once I placed the additional order. The entire situation was addressed and resolved in under 15 mins. Outstanding!!!

I ordered a custom necklace from this company on 11/10- to this date (11/30) I have not received my order nor I have received any information on tracking info . Based on initial purchase the item was to be received within 5-7 business days . I have written to their customer help service 4 times and not even once I received an acknowledgement . I think they are very unreliable company and you should NoT trust purchasing anything from them

Within 2 months, the sides started to discolor and look dirty. After cleaning it was still discolored. I reached out to them and they said “that just happens” the rubber gets color transfer and there is nothing they will do. I was hoping to just exchange for a darker color so it wouldn’t look so bad.

I would say that the jewelry photos on their website are very misleading as to what size the actual jewelry is going to be. Like the number necklaces, kinda like you mirrors in your car it says objects may appear closer in mirror well the stock photos on the humans should say that the jewelry is larger in photo then real life. They must know that they operate this way because no one is allowed to leave an actual review on their website in regards to their purchases. I do have side by side photos of the one I received verses the 2 photos on their website.

I got a custom Mickey Mouse Cord…
I got a custom Mickey Mouse Cord bracelet and it is SO CHEAP. I could have gone to Michael’s and bought everything and made it more sturdy than this. It’s flimsy, the letters flip around, and the two chords (that are super thin) separate. It’s so disappointing because on sale it was $28. I will not be buying from them again!

Buyer beware. Really disappointed with bauble bar. I ordered a gift last week and paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive in time for my friend’s 40th birthday — only to learn it won’t even ship until next month. Why offer expedited shipping if the item isn’t available to ship? The customer service experience made it worse — Tiffany showed no empathy and kept placing blame instead of acknowledging that the process was unclear. Such a letdown for what should’ve been a special gift.
