Awful company and customer service is…

Awful company and customer service is dreadful.
Ordered 2 dresses which when turned up were the most awful quality. Poor stitching, catches in the material etc. Contacted them straight away to request return. They said a return would cost money and instead they offered 20% off or perhaps I would like to gift the items to a friend!! As if I would gift faulty goods.
I politely declined and said I would like to return the items for a full refund to which they did not respond. Ended up raising a complaint through PayPal which they requested I close if I accept a 50% refund. I am now waiting for the claim to go through as I do not even want the items if they are free, they are faulty.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Totally Disgusted

I purchased a dress from this company when it arrived they had sent the wrong colour and it was not suitable since then for the past 10 days I have emailed the support line requesting details to return the item and claim a refund - nothing - they are not replying or sending me any details they are a rip off I would not recommend to anyone they purchase from this company they were quick enough to take my money but to return anything and claim your refund is a no go avoid them

Fake Nyla Perfume!

I purchased for £16.99 a bottle of Nyla perfume. Advertised to come in a lovely bottle and box, this did neither.

After it arrived in what seemed like an ice age, I opened the box to a delicate plastic bottle which sounded half empty, no writing or even a name on the box.
What I sprayed from there was nothing other than slightly scented water.
An absolute swiz! Don't always trust social media adverts.

Faulty cross body bag

The cross body bag arrived and the top zip broke the first time I used it. The material around the zip is frayed.
Have asked for a refund and sent a photo of the broken zip. Still waiting for a reply.

SCAMMERS

Ordered 3 mascaras and have never received them. I have emailed them and get told it’s in transit wait another 7 days. Waited an emailed again saying I want my money back and was told exactly the same again. How many months am I supposed to wait. £17.98 they owe me. ITS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Have finally received the mascaras took 2 months to come still would never order from them again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to

Very poor

Very poor. Ordered a ladies jumpsuit which looked lovely on line. Fits fine but the top doesn't line up with the bottom (its twisted) and the material is poor. I emailed asking how to return was asked for photos which I sent. I'm now just receiving emails telling me to read their reply. There are no instructions. I'm guessing it's just a standard reply as having read other reviews they say the same. Probably lesson learnt. £22 down the drain. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Poor quality, unable to return

Product looked nothing like the advert, I've been trying to return the item, but they refuse to send a return label, instead asking me to keep the product and they'll give me a voucher for 20% off my next purchase. Why on earth would I want to keep something that doesn't fit me and it is a terrible quality and why would I ever order from them again!!

Absolutely shocking company and diabolical customer service. Ordered an item which never arrived. Contacted them and they initially replied asking if I would like a replacement item or a refund. Told them I would like the refund, this was over 6 weeks ago!
I have tried emailing and contacting on Facebook just to be ignored or to get a computer generated reply which is no help whatsoever.
AVOID!!!!

Avoid

Avoid. I received my 5 tops but they didn’t fit. So, I emailed them to request an exchange as per their terms & conditions. Got an initial response but then when I replied I got no answer. So I chased and was advised to ‘read the reply’, but there wasn’t one. I copied the message trail on a separate email which they replied asking the same questions as before. Again they ignored my response saying ‘please read the reply’. There wasn’t one. I have chased them 6 times in total. I think it’s a scam.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

Purchased 3 items, 1 was faulty and 1 was the wrong size so I needed to return them.
I contacted customer service for a return address (as per their return policy) and was asked to send photos of the items I needed to return.
I did as they asked and was told that the return postage would be too expensive so I could keep the items and they would give me a 20% discount on my next purchase.
No offer of any refund!!!
I refused their offer and told them I want the full purchase price back as I don't want to keep items that are not suitable for me.
3 weeks later they are ignoring my emails.
Disgusting service!!!

Ordered an outfit for £24.99 going by the sizes stated online. When it arrived it was too big, no returns information inside package so I emailed them to ask how I send it back for a refund. They emailed back and said shipping fee's are expensive so they can send me a smaller size if I pay more money and no need to send the big one back. I just wanted a refund and am now being ignored. I will never order off this site again and the customer service is very poor!

Ordered the beautybrow after seeing a few adverts with positive reviews. Cost over £16 and it's absolutely rubbish. The end bristles/hairs are all falling out, some really longs ones, comes straight off and leaves clumps. Waiting to hear back. Don't waste your £. So disappointed! FALSE advertising
