Great doctors. Nurses and staff.

AMAZING ... my doc listens and get things done for me like no-other doctor has in year it took them to get test etc. but here its with in days and you have results Dr. Ladezma is wonderful and staff are amazing

Dr Robert James is an amazing doctor! It feels as if we are visiting a family member!

The staff are very caring, compassionate and patient. I have never had an issue with getting in in a timely manner they've been willing to work if times or dates have to change. Thxs

Our last few visits haven’t been the best, the appointments have taken way too long for simple checkups. I often wonder what they’re doing that takes so long, I know this is a complaint on most doctors’ offices. But, my last appointment with the Pediatric doctor was originally scheduled for morning but they called me and asked to reschedule for 1:15 in the afternoon instead... So I adjusted my schedule. Then when I received the appointment reminder call, they said it was 1:30, okay, only 15 minutes later, that should be fine. My little one and I get there at 1:20, and we don’t get out of there until 3pm! The office wasn’t even busy when we arrived, so I’m just perplexed. I stepped out several times from the examining room to see what everyone is doing, and there’s a lot of chatting and visiting... I’m sure it’s just a perception but I still think they could move with more urgency and respect appointment times or else why make appointment times?

I’m a new patient and I already like this place they really do care better than the emergency room that I’ve been too🤪Thank you

Very happy Bayless started providing Adult primary care. I absolutely adore and respect Dr Ledesma.

Dr. Bright and Dr. James are the best doctors I have been to and taken my children too EVER!!! They dont treat you like a regular patient. Dr Bright requested her assistant to schedule follow up just to see how I was doing with my medicine and both doctors are all about solutions. My daughter was sad one day and Dr James scheduled an appointment so she can talk to the counselor on staff. I lost my faith in doctors but Dr Bright restored that faith. Thank you bayless for bringing adult care on with the best doctor. Also, the rest of the staff is so welcoming and warm.

When I come in they make me feel like I'm at home they are easy to talk to and they understand what I'm going through. each doctor or nurse I come across are friendly they love kids I recommend anybody and everybody to come here.

I always have a great experience at bayless pediatrics, i mostly see dr. James but I have seen other providers and I had no issues, my daughter loves to see dr. James.

Dr James PAM grant and all the staff at Bayless pediatrics are super efficient they are nice and make you feel welcomed
They are super thorough when it comes to my children's health
If in need of anything they get the job done I would recommend Bayless pediatrics to everyone

The staff was helpful with ordering allergy testing, reviewing the results and sending us out promptly to see a specialist for further care. Dr. James and Pam NP were both professional and easy to talk to. The medical assistants went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

This office is always open and has walk in appointments available. Little wait time. Chalk area for kids. Nice and friendly.

Taking my kids to the Dr is not my favorite thing to do. But the staff at Bayless makes it so much easier. The doctors are great and the staff is so helpful.
