My experience

I love my Doctor she is so helpful. But the front desk could use some work. I had an appointment several months back that is a 2 month follow up every two months to have my medications refilled, one of them I can not just stop taking immediately. My appointment was pushed back a week due to a schedule conflict. My medication ran out before my next appointment. I spoke with several front desk girls and they said they would make sure someone would get back to me right away to get my meds filled in the meantime...not one of them called me back. Message after message no return call about the hang up. I had to go to my pharmacy and request an emergency 48 hour supply of my medication...not to mention my pharmacy had sent several faxes requesting a refill. They also had no response. So was very upset when I actually had to make a 40 minute drive to the office to physically ask for my prescription...which was than given to me. But there were no apologies from the medical assistant or front desk as to why I did not get any returned calls or help from them.

If you want to be treated as a human being and actually get some good changes in your life BAYLESS is the best in Phoenix.....hands down THE BEST!

I've been going to Bayless for 3 months now & my life has been drastically approving. I can actually go outside my place and look for jobs. My hygene has improved, eating habits, family life, talking w my HP and living according to much higher standards. The staff at the front desk are great! Very helpfull and always smiling. My counselor Stefon is a great guy too! Having to sit and listen too all my crap, aliments, and whinning makes him a legend!! Lol But really though he's helping look at myself from another level so that we can make progress it's pretty awesome! Than I got Karen she kinda preps me for my meeting w my psychiatrist, cause I always get butterflies but she's all smiles and she gives me the sence of tranquility and makes me feel like I belong. Than last but not least my psychiatrist Andrea. When she knocks and walks in she bring an aura of such strong positivity and well being. Never have I met someone so down to earth. Or someone that can actually try to relate and put her self in my shoes. Listens to me so very well. And explains to me with great detail about the med's that I get. Wow! I've been through alot in my 33 yrs. of my life. Seen many counselors and psychiatrists from 8yrs. old to now.....and this is far far the best. They also accept ACCHCS too. Thank you to everyone their at Bayless. Especially to those of you who are personally involved in my life and my recovery. THANK YOU & HAPPY HOLLIDAYS to everyone!!!!--

Great Doctors, horrible front desk

I love my doctor. She listens and truly cares. However, I wish I had chosen a different facility in order to see her. The front desk however is a disaster. Most unorganized medical facility I've ever been in. I've requested documents to be sent to my PCP and it took 3 months! In the end my doctor had to do it herself. When my prescription was entered wrong I could not get a person on the phone for days, I finally went in and the front desk didn't know what to do or who I should talk to. The girls at the front desk spend more time chit chatting than checking people in. I love my doctor but I dread going to this place.

Bayless has helped my family and my myself!!!

I love Bayless because the have helped me overcome several hurdles in my life. I have a very disfunctionsl family and I want it to stop with my immediate family members so I got both my boys, my father, as well as myself attending Bayless. They even periodically call and check on us to see how things are going between visits.

Behaviour health

My team is so awesome, they have helped get me through some difficult situations. I don't know what I would've done without them. The combination of meds & counciling is great!

Positive Experience

I felt like my time was valued and she truly cared about what i had to say. She took the time to listen and provide feedback based on my best interests not solely based on her opinion.

I had a great experience today at Bayless.

I had a great first visit today at Bayless Health Care in Phoenix. The staff were friendly and the PA that I saw was very nice and took the time that was needed, even though I could tell that she was having a hectic day. While I was filling out the paperwork, the woman from behind the desk came out and let me know that appointments were running a few minutes behind, something that never happens these days.

Thank you for a great experience.
