I ordered a Russian wedding ring and it has not arrived. No one answers email. And the phone lines are dead.
My order placed 5/6 hasn't arrived. They promised confirmation via email - nothing. I chased and was told it would be dispatched 17/6. Since then there has been no contact. The phone line rings to answer phone and no response via email.

We have bought 2 signet rings from Bay and both cracked after a year’s wear. They are too thinly made, but I guess this is reflected in the price. I wouldn’t recommend!
The signet ring I got for my fiancé was incredible! The quality was great, fits perfectly and the customer service was quick to respond. Shipping was really fast to get to Ireland and the box had great presenting.
