Rina was genuinely great to work with during my Hong Kong company annual renewal with BBCIncorp. There were quite a few compliance/KYC steps (documents, certifications, e-signing, follow-ups), but she handled it in a way that felt calm and organized the whole time.

She was quick to respond, clear about what was needed, and stayed on top of every moving piece — even when additional compliance items came up later in the process. I also appreciated that she kept me updated without me having to chase, and everything was completed successfully in the end.

Put me in a fintech which said account opened but then found out needed additional info that wasn’t provided so can’t use the account

Save yourself the headache and just hire a lawyer. Most people use services like these to form an offshore business in a low tax (no tax) jurisdiction.

I worked with their team and it became abundantly clear that they were only interested in getting a quick sale. Instead of setting up the company with an appropriate operating address, they used an address that could get me in serious legal trouble in my home country. After chasing them for several weeks to fix their error, they offered a solution that would require me to pay them an additional $900.

Brutal experience. I dont recommend their service.
