This company has been one of the most unreliable services I have ever come across. We have been waiting not just weeks, but months, and they still have not delivered anything. Up to this day, we still do not have a Hong Kong company, and it feels like they are doing nothing but dragging time and delaying every step of the process.

Be especially careful with Tiana and Alva. Throughout the entire process, they were involved in every delay and every excuse, and nothing was handled in a professional or trustworthy way.

The way they operate makes it feel like dealing with scammers. They keep asking for the same documents over and over again, wasting time, and providing no results whatsoever. After months of waiting, we received nothing but excuses.

This is, in my opinion, a very unreliable and unprofessional company. Many of the positive reviews they have look suspicious, and if you check the other bad reviews, you can clearly see that people are having the same problems. It looks like they are trying to cover things up, but the negative experiences speak for themselves.

If you want a trustworthy party to set up your Hong Kong company, find others there are many better ones They are fast, reliable, and actually deliver what they promise — completely the opposite of what we experienced here.

To anyone considering working with this company: be extremely careful. They have shown every sign of being unprofessional, unreliable, and not a company you should trust.

Amber and her team were very slow in getting things done. After three weeks of back and forth they came to us and said they couldn't complete the incorporation and no real reason given. We then waited over a month and repeated emails to finally get the refund.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS if you think your business will survive for more than one year. Creating an entity with them was easy enough. They weren't the cheapest, but we thought it was worth paying up for a larger firm. We were so wrong. We just went through a document retrieval and renewal process with them and it has been absolutely the worst. They are very efficient when it comes to collecting payments. Afterwards, service does not get delivered for weeks. Deadlines are never met. They constantly give bad excuses. Talking to supervisor is impossible. It got so bad that we had to find a different agent. Save yourselves the headache and avoid them from the beginning.

Your team spends more time coming up with excuses than actually getting things done. We've began the filing process for ES in April. We've confirmed with your team multiple times (in August) regarding the impact of agent change on the filing processes that have already been paid for and have begun that there will be no disruption. The legal team have asked for additional information only in September (after the agent change has already been completed), and we responded. They then come back in October informing us that ES filing cannot be completed because of agent change. You guys also "refunded" us the associated fees except processing fee. That should've also been refunded.

****TDLR: Making false promises, wasting our time, and coming back with more excuses. Just avoid them and save yourselves a headache. ****
