TONS OF HIDDEN COSTS !!!

They do not mention ANYTHING about these costs regarding financial returns at the end of the year, and they will tax you 250% FOR EACH DOCUMENT needed to be put.

As well as guess what, if you want to CLOSE the company, it is 4 times the incorporation initial cost !!!

I had high expectations when I engaged BBCIncorp to help with my Hong Kong company incorporation, but my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Poor Communication:
The team was unresponsive and slow to address my queries, even for simple questions. It often took days to get a reply, which significantly delayed the process.

Lack of Transparency:
I encountered issues with their compliance process, particularly when they requested unnecessary or intrusive documents (e.g., asking for a friend's passport after a payment made with their credit card). This felt excessive and poorly justified.

Delays in Service Delivery:
The incorporation process took much longer than expected, and their lack of clear timelines made it even more frustrating.

Unprofessional Handling:
Despite promoting themselves as experts in incorporation and compliance, their inability to handle straightforward situations raises doubts about their expertise.

I expected better efficiency and professionalism, especially given their claims of being a reliable incorporation service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend BBCIncorp to others based on my experience.

My experience was 100% satisfactory, super fast and smooth both with company incorporation and account opening.

The customer service was fantastic. I was facing a crisis in my wood shop when the bearing on my Woodcraft Mark II Sharpening System failed. Searching the web for a replacement wasn't working. When I went to bbcincorp I used the chatbot and was quickly moved to email, sending pics and measurements to the sales team. Every email I sent was quickly responded to and 9 days after the bearing failed, the Mark II was up and running again. I wanted to add that this machine was given to me by my father and has been out of production for decades. Aside from the sentimental value, replacing it would have set me back hundreds. The bearing was $5

The team are very friendly and helpful. They were able to incorporate my company and setup my company card in just 1 week. No complaints, would recommend!

Great communication and very responsive throughout the 2 weeks it took to incorporate. There were extra costs involved like police checks and notarisation of passport which you need to do yourself although BBCincorp can help (about $80). Very impressed with these guys.

100% scammers. I paid them to register a company for me and in a moment after providing them with all the necessary documents they told me that due to their internal policies they could not register it. I offered to provide more documents, but they refused. They claim they will refund my money but are trying to charge me fees. I will contact my bank. Don't waste your time with these scammers.
