I was using services of BBCIncorp Limited to incorporate my company this summer.

Pros:
Entire process is completed on the side of BBCIncorp, my work was only to pay fees and submit proper documents.
I was struggling to submit right notarized papers, however, my manager Naomi Ng, helped to clarify the requirements for me and being professional throughout the whole process.
The entire process took 1.5 months instead promised a few business days, however, it would rather be suspicious to be short. And they do not hide their partners.

Cons:
Nevertheless, the company states there is no hidden fees, it turns out there is one for payments over 2k$.
Sometimes employees may delay their response and a short follow up was helpful to get in touch.
Their website does not work perfectly at least on MacOS, and no problem on any phones.
All documents were submitted one after one instead of all in once as possible.

Overall I am happy with results and definitely will be looking to work with BBCIncorp in the future.

This company's service has been consistently unsatisfactory and falls below acceptable standards. Each time we submit the requested information, we are met with additional, unforeseen requirements. The requests often lack clarity and are frequently perplexing. There is a distinct absence of an organized, comprehensive approach in their communication. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service. It is the most inefficient agency we have worked with to date.

Initially, I wondered if I was doing the right thing. BBCIncorp asked for a certain amount of money that had to be earned first, and I only met them online.
Ms. Naomi Ng has cleared my doubts and guided me through the entire process of setting up my company and establishing the company accounts. Even though the banks did not make it easy for her, she never lost her patience and focused on getting everything done in the best possible way.
Naomi is a highly professional person who never made me feel like I was just a job for her, which I genuinely appreciate.
No matter how annoying or frustrating it got. Considering that I am most likely not Naomi's only client.

Useless for people in the US.
They do not understand what a holding company is, do not understand corporate structuring, and take days to respond.
Very bad service for anyone who is not in hong kong.

Update: they responded after this review, and after 3 requests to for a refund have not delivered it. Absolute scam. Save your money do not use this company.

I reached out to BBCIncorp via their website for quotation for HK incorporation services. Amber was very polite, 5 star customer service response. Received the quotation fast, the price seems alright. However as I am holding a passport from the "List of unsupported countries" I was politely asked to have understanding in the matter, even though the nature of the business, shareholders and directors have nothing to do with the "List of unsupported countries".
Refusing business based on the fact that one of the employees has an undesirable passport seems excessive and should fall under RDO Cap. 602 protection. Hope this matter gets looked into.

The first time I was looking to setup my company and bank account overseas a lot of friends texted me many services address as cfs sfm.
