I was surprised to have to pay for…
I was surprised to have to pay for duties. It was only mentioned as maybe on your FAQ page. I’m disappointed because a) I thought you were a Canadian compagny operating from Canada and b) the possibility of duties wasn’t shown anywhere else. I ordered from you before and I didn’t have duties and now 2 out of 2 I had duties for about 50$ CAD more. I wasn’t planning on that.

Poor Quality
I got the rose toy, the pantie vibrator and the vulva pump and i am only satisfied with the pantie vibe. the pump just straight up does not fit or work. it doesn’t create suction and the hand pump part just occasionally doesn’t work. the rose toy was great until, when washing it, my finger went straight through the silicone in the hole. it is now unsafe and unusable.

The items had a charge as shipped... so I could verify they worked immediately upon opening pkg.
Outer packaging was plain and discreet.
After cleaning, initial test use was outstanding. Yall definitely have a return customer and I am already giving positive reviews to my friends.

Quite cheap-ish product.
The product wasn’t at all what I expected. The packaging was just a plastic bag with no protection whatsoever, what probably caused the remote to break. The toy is rough around the edges and even heats up after around 10 minutes of use?
The delivery was quite quick, which gave it the 2 stars. It was nice to receive a free toy, but it would’ve been nicer if I didn’t have to pay €20 shipping for it to arrive damaged, in a plastic bag. I probably won’t be buying here anymore.

Great quality, packaging could be a smidge better
The toys from BB Outlet are of great quality considering the price point and are easy to take care of. The packaging was discreet, gotta love my "containers". I will say, the toy came in a bag form which I have a slight issue with. By itself you couldn't tell it was a sex toy, but somebody curious enough could feel the bag and guess what's inside. I think it would be better to, at least, put the toy in a box so that the shape of the toy can't be felt from the outside. All in all I'm still super happy with the product, so I gave it 5 stars.

Trash customer service
Horrible customer service, they are completely useless, take days to respond, and don’t even try to resolve issues. They’ll repeat the same sentences every time without even appearing to read emails sent. Furthermore, the remote for one of the toys doesn’t work or connect at all. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Sent me wrong items, I did NOT open them, they won't let me return it
What I dislike:
I bought, or at least tried to buy a Flutter Wand. They sent me Thrust and Flutter Vibe. I did NOT open them. I told them about my situation, and they refused to trade them out for the correct item. So yeah, I ate about $100 extra dollars in losses and they won't mitigate it. Be prepared to lose money.
I also asked a general health question and how to properly dispose a dead vibrator, and they did not answer that question. I have one from a different brand and I don't think I should throw it in the trash or take it to an electronics recycler. But I guess I have to trash it. Shitty customer service. Shitty policies.
What I do like:
