Prompt and professional service…
This was the second time I had gone to BCRS for funding and I have been very impressed with their service both times.
Tracy has been my go-to and is extremely helpful and very quick to reply to any queries. I also dealt with Lynn this time in Tracy's absence, who was also super helpful.
The process requires a fair bit of documentation but that is to be expected I think. Aside from that though, there is a reassuring sense of urgency about the service you receive. It is in no way rushed, but they certainly don't keep you hanging around waiting for things to happen. Really superb stuff!
