I have entered the discount code for the order, however, this shop get the full amount of money from me.
After my tons of complaints via emails, the shop refused to refund the price difference to me. The customer service is just like a robot, they never read your message, they just know quoting their terms and conditions to you and refuse your requests.
Just realised this shop got only 2 stars in Trustpilots, not surprised by this poor rating, this rating fully reflected their services and attitude.

Purchase an item but had an old email never got the delivery info. Messaged them to update my email and was told the item was no longer in stock🤔 I screenshot the order And it went through so how is it now out of stock? Very frustrating!! Black Friday scam
All I can say is, all the reviews regarding the negative online experience are true. I thought maybe "eh, these negative review folks are over dramatic", but as an online retailer, they absolutely do not care about your customer experience. Would highly recommend you shop at another stockist, it's just not worth it dealing with these guys, even if they have what you want.
Love the in store experience (Im not from US so I just go once or twice a year), love the brand, but sorry guys online experience is just not good, either I get the wrong item or half the order and a refund, I had never got the order right.

These guys rock! I had an issue where I ordered the wrong size of a sale item that was marked “final sale.” I explained to the customer service team that I made a mistake and they gladly rectified the situation. These guys have the goods and their sales are phenomenal. I hope to visit the brick and mortar in the near future!

Hidden policies. Avoid.
Firstly they charge £38 for delivery to the U.K.? As you would assume for this would include import taxes, it doesn’t.
Was then hit with a £68.50 bill on the arrival for £180 pair of trainers.
No returns. If I reject the import tax, Bodega claim they keep the shoe and my money?
Absolute joke of a company. Should’ve just went to stockX, would’ve got them cheaper and less hassle, pointless supporting such bad service.
Avoid avoid.

It should light up when you select a country outside USA that this is your policy. After you rob someone £38 delivery, who would’ve thought you cover nothing? After reading your TrustPilot reviews, it’s clear Bodega doesn’t care about the customer or their experience.

Sold me a pair of shoes where the shoe box was ripped/damaged and then wouldn't accept any responsibility to change. I was basically told to accept it even though the show box is part of the product. Avoid them at all costs.

I wish I had found this site before I placed my order. The company declined my return because of the "highly sought after, limited edition nature of the product" What??? I have not found 1 comment about a return which leads me to believe all sales are final. Just say that.

I would take the recent reviews here into account before ordering from Bodega's website. Over the last few years my orders have seen longer and longer fulfillment times (up to a month) and I've had three orders cancelled due to inaccurate inventory on their site. Some of these were items I could have ordered elsewhere, but missed my opportunity by choosing Bodega instead. I'd like to continue supporting them as a local option that carries a lot of brands that I love, but I think I'll have to step away for a bit until they can right the ship.
