Several months ago I wrote a review regarding shipping delays with Bodega and how bad they have gotten. Well, I’m here to say it looks like Bodega has resolved their fulfillment issues.
I ordered the Bodega x Asics Gel-NYC when they released on September 29th. and I received my order today - well packaged, without a hitch.
That’s 5 days total from drop to delivery.
Thanks Bodega! Looking forward to doing business with you again soon.
PS: these shoes are fire, one of your best collabs of all time in my opinion. :-)

Even if the goods are (a) defective, (b) wrong size, (c) low quality, (d) wrong color, (e) order arrived damaged --- for any of these cases, Bodega will still not allow a return.
Yes, their no-return policy is extremely strict.

TOP NOTCH, shipping was a little hard to hear back from but the items got here within a week or 2 and even the boxes were in great quality ( I’ve bought before and had them show up super beat up ) , very happy with pricing, process and delivery !

I had previously ordered a checkered Stussy fleece sweatshirt that I cherished from Bodega so I still check the site now and then, knowing they have things I might like. So I’ve been in the market for a new pair of Hokas for work and here I see Bodega has an extensive roster of Hokas including exclusive ones like the Goblin Blue Hoka Bondi L GTXs (that I saw for $399 on eBay when I paid $155 on Bodega) I just got from Bodega.
I get it and I see the bad reviews but I’m here to say that my two purchases I’ve made from Bodega were both smooth as could be. My new Hokas came in in less than a week and now I get to sport them tomorrow, on Friday.
Thanks, Bodega, for what you do. This customer appreciates it and has things from you that nobody else I know has and with style too. I’m here to say if you’re on the fence about a purchase from Bodega but you see something you really like, go for it!

I waited outside the Bodega store for a while on 7/21, waiting to purchase the Oakley’s. When arriving, the Oakleys were not event on display, causing me to look around the store quickly for them. Finally I realized the gentlemen that opened the store had taken 4 glasses to the register. With 3 people in line I quickly got there as the 4th. Employees constantly looked over at the line and even 2 employees had to struggle to open the case to put the 4 display glasses in the boxes (supposedly the only 4 they got).
When it was about to be my turn for what I assumed was the last pair, another employee came up and said the person in front of me had the last pair and the 4th pair was already claimed online…lol…where could you claim online?
I questioned him nicely as I didn’t want to cause a scene and he stood by his word.
This was the biggest smack in the face of a customer and I can’t say I will ever return. Please advise your Boston store of some better release practices.
Awful customer service . I ordered a pair of shoes that the website said are in stock and still say they are. But they told me they are back ordered so I tried to get a refund within. 24 hours . They denied it. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and they still haven’t even processed my order or shipped them. Obviously I can’t get a refund still . Never ever using them again
I feel like I got scammed. I placed an order for two shirts that I wanted to have for a trip this summer and in the order confirmation, there was a message saying because they were running a sale, orders are delayed from shipping for up to 30 days. After contacting support I found out that I'm unable to cancel the order even though I won't have it in time for my trip. What an absolute joke of a policy/company. Are they dropshipping or something? How does it take a month just to fulfill an order when you have the item in stock? Lost my money and I don't even want my order at this point.
I got mine today. Waited for 2 weeks but it was worth it.

How is this place even a legitimate business?? I ordered 2 tshirts worth 55$ each, never received, never shipped, never even updated me of it’s status. Upon contacting them, I was told “do not have an exact timeline for when that will be”. Like is this a garage business or something? Even Gucci’s exclusive products don’t take that long, this is literally a cotton tshirt with a cheap print. I literally live 2 hours away from their store, and they don’t even have options for pick-up or expedited shipping. Pretty sure they operate sweatshops in China or India with forced labour. I do have a tshirt from them that I bought a year ago, such terrible quality it faded in 2 weeks. They’re not even worth 5$ and they sell it for 55$. Making profits means the company has something good to offer right? No, this one has none. Won’t be surprised if a bunch of people gather outside their store and shut it down. They totally deserve it and I hope all their employees find a better place to work.
Worst experience with a shop!
I order pants, the amount is debited, and nothing... after several emails to find out what is going on, more than a month later I receive my order.
Bad news... I have to pay 126$ to UPS for customs duty, import tax... (I'm in France) for an order of 200$ (including 30$ for delivery)

I really loved this company, a hidden gem i would say, which is why it saddens me that I must say this is my last time doing business with them. Excited for the shoes I ordered for my summer vacation for them to be cancelled after 3 weeks. Stay away if you want to be valued as a customer.
