Fast response and resolution
Fast response and resolution, even with the free version of the product. As it is, Ultimate Post kit has great functionality for the free version (so many products require the paid to unlike even some basic things), and I wasn't really expecting much help when an unexpected issue turned up, but support responded quickly, found the issue, and resolved it within a couple days (likely faster except for an access issue that was my fault).
