I ordered 4 rings in November. My credit card was charged and I have not received items. They don’t respond to emails and now the website is down

Do not purchase from this company!!
Do not purchase from this company!!! I ordered an initial ring on November 12, 2020 and still have not received it. I have sent 5+ emails and 2 direct messages on Instagram and have not heard back from them. TOTAL SCAM!!!
