This company are not a legitimate company in anyway shape or form.

I brought a football Jersey nearly two months ago which never arrived nor did Chicmarket ever have any intention to ship the goods. I emailed Chicmarket several times and they kept putting the shipment dates back. After several times of this back and forth waste of time, I was told that if the Jersey had not arrived by Sunday 11th October, I would get a full refund. Of course this deadline passed by and when i asked for my refund i was told i now had to wait for their bank to send them a form. They never had any intension of delivering my goods or giving me my money back !! I will let the reading consumers make up their own minds from my experience of whether or not to purchase any goods from this company! Goods written off and my money written off!

I Have always order from Chicmarket & now they Have sent me the wrong earring ,I order the one that Hang down, for $17.99
& they sent me Black Stud one's & I don't were anything like that ..
I have sent 5 /6 notice to them & no one will respond to me
& you can't call them . I can't fine a number to call,

I have purchased many items from this online retailer most of it jewelry. And have been pretty satisfied. Takes a little longer than average for merchandise to arrive and their customer service isn’t the best BUT I will not be buying from them anymore. I purchased a ring from them that wasn’t cheap, wore it a few times and two of the stones fell out. The return policy is such that merchandise cannot be older than thirty days and unused. No flexibility either. My purchase was 31 days old and I doubt the stones would have fallen out while the ring was sitting on my dresser but ya never know at this point. Anyway I was very disappointed and I really liked the ring. I further asked them how I might leave a review two times on their site and to date they have ignored me. Soooo that’s the end of me ordering from them.
