You ID verification is immensely…
You ID verification is immensely frustrating. After having just moved, with no utility bills and driving licence not yet returned with new address, I had no immediate documents to provide. I received confirmation for council tax by email with new address shown but you don't accept screenshots. The hole process was impossible. Perhaps you should consider changing your verification rules.
Update - after calling them, the Beam customer support team helped me through the verification stage, very polite, helpful and quick to answer. I was expecting a bit of a wait when put on hold but that didn't happen

Cheapest insurance ever.
Hi i rang the number provided by the website I used when I picked which insurance i picked which was BEAM insurance. I rang them the following day and the lady i spoke to was very polite in deed never rushed me at all and she made shore i understood everything she told me about the insurance i was buying on that day and when I had an question she would stop and answer the question i had asked about. First time iv used this insurance and its not open till the 5th next month but I rate her A+++++ and I thank her for being very nice towards me as I had a few questions many thanks for a very easy consultation with you over this new insurance policy. The price was very good indeed lowest iv ever had in many years of having car insurance top marks for that also the website layout was very easy to understand and read you can add extra things as you read through there site very easy to read through and select add ons if you needed them I highly rate BEAM INSURANCE to everyone looking for a new insurance company ty
