I’ve payed £65 for call out then £29…
I’ve payed £65 for call out then £29 for each started half an hour +vat. Engineer reprogrammed machine which was not needed and then said he wouldn’t recommend to do anything!! Well I’ve got someone else who fixed machine within 20 minutes. No more I can say

As a company we aim to maintain an exceptional first-time fix rate, and I am very surprised that our engineer was unable to fix this issue for you. On close investigation we have listened to the initial phone call that you had with us. At the booking stage the call-out and labour fees were made clear on the phone call, as is the case with every customer. It was also made clear to you that this call out charge would be required regardless of whether the machine was repairable or not. It is sometimes the case that machines don’t present a fault when an engineer is present, and therefore it is impossible for a fault not found to be rectified. It is a shame that you didn’t contact us before posting this review, to give us a fair opportunity to resolve this. We always strive to leave the customer satisfied with our work. We are very sorry that we haven’t met your expectations and we really hope that you contact us to discuss further.
Excellent service.
The service engineer went above and beyond his remit helping me to understand some of the programming of our machine, making it easier to adjust if necessary. He was efficient and thorough. Great service.

Hi everyone.
From discovering BeanMachines online to discussing my requests with Liam and Scott, everything was made so simple. I now have my coffee machine installed and it works a dream.
All staff were so helpful and gave me all the confidence I needed to buy one of their machines supported by any backup that I hopefully will never require
