After an initial delay, through no fault of his or indeed ours , Paul Singleton installed our machines today. He was professional, informative, patient, considerate and willing to understand where my staff were coming from. Sensitive to the environment he was in ( we had to offer some degree of service to our customers ) he was happy to 'work around' . Much appreciated. A great advert for your company.

Sean the engineer was amazing very professional very qualified and repaired the machine very quickly. Was great to have someone experienced to put it right. No question wasn't answered and trained me on some items I didn't know that would help the machine. Great Asset to Bean Machines keep up the good work Sean you are brilliant. And to Demie their Customers Services Lady thank you for listening to my needs and getting the engineer out so quickly. Expensive, very contractual, poor value for money on both the supply of the machine and coffee beans. Avoid this company, beware of additional costs at the end of the contract if you do sign up.
