Website easy to use delivery was delivered when they said it would the word I had ordered was perfectly packaged to be delivered as well. The word was ordered for a purpose so was over the moon when it was delivered and the condition of it.

Excellent product - very good quality.

I adore these products and order for every special occasion
Some pieces we have now had for years and we love them
Fantastic company and brilliant items to buy for friends and family

Thank you and cannot wait to purchase more items

I have ordered many "little pocket hugs" from this company. But coming from Wales I wanted to give people "little pocket cwtches"
I emailed Bear &Rose and asked if they would do this for me and they accommodated my request. Sending me 30 " little pocket cwtches" for the same price as the hugs.
Thank you so very much.

A really great experience. I ordered personalised Wall names for children and also Wooden Houses. Absolutely beautiful products. Really great service, good communication and order updates, delivered very quickly and beautifully packaged. Would recommend this company and will definitely be buying again!

Very well made nicely presented very prompt delivery.

Ordered two personalised Easter egg bunnies. They are delightful and the speed of delivery was exceptional as always. I have ordered many times from Bear and Rose and have always been extremely pleased. Highly recommend.

Great quality, lovely product and came in good time.

Sarah went out of her way to create exactly what I wanted and it is all perfect! She made me 2 lovely coasters and a hanging disc to go into a floral wreath for a door, all beautifully engraved and for a very reasonable cost.

Have used this company several times for wooden place dinner names. Very happy with the end result & they come very quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

Prompt service. Beautiful product. Bought the Christmas napkin rings previously so had to get the Easter ones now!

Always amazing, love all the designs! Simple they go to place for all wooden signs and place settings 🥰

The product itself is nice and it does look good, but the price is really what dragged this down to three stars. We paid £78 for a rainbow. £78! I get that you’ll probably never see the back, but it was a bit disappointing that it wasn’t painted and had numbers on it. The rainbow itself feels like pretty thin MDF, and honestly when I opened it I did have a moment of “why on earth did I just spend nearly £100 on this?”
We still put it up using a chunk of 3M tape (which, for £78, would’ve been nice if it was at least pre-cut instead of just ripped off their roll). Now it’s up and looks fine, but when friends asked how much it cost, I absolutely lied and said it was way cheaper — and even that price horrified them. No chance I was admitting I paid £78 for some MDF. That secret is going to the grave.

TL;DR: Nice enough product, but wildly overpriced for what is essentially MDF.

Lovely product and wonderful customer service. I was so thrilled with my original order that I requested 2 extra words, which I now await. Thank you Bear and Rose.
