Got there in the end!
Great product once again. Found changing the default address to a new recipient a little fiddly only for the delivery address to be changed to my own when paid using ApplePay. Even though there is a link to make any changes within 60 minutes, this didn’t work. Emailed customer service outside of hours and got a very prompt, helpful and reassuring response first thing the next morning.
DPD delivered the order in two parts an hour and a half between each one and although the lovely customer service person corrected the address, the addressee was from a previous order.

I ordered 5 plants. 4 arrived in excellent condition but 1 was a bit mangled. After sending a picture to the team they quickly sent a replacement. No drama, no delay. Excellent service! Particular thanks to Vanshika who helped me :)

Ordered 2 Plants from Beards and…
Ordered 2 Plants from Beards and Daisies, one of them was perfect and the other.. wasn't.
I spoke with Ash on their customer service team about this, and she expressed her apologies and promptly sent out a replacement plant for the one that was damaged.
So now I have two perfect plants!
Ash has kindly sent over some instructions on how to upkeep my plants as I go also, which was a real nice touch.
Thank you Beards and Daisies, and thank you again, Ash :)

I’m now a plant person!
I have 8 thriving plants from Beards & Daisies now. I find the website easy to use, often selecting the plants by ‘unkillable’ or by room. The pots are lovely, the selection of plants is great and the plain English on the website makes it simple to choose the right plant. Quick delivery and well packaged. I’ve had to use customer service once and they were friendly and quick to respond. Will continue to get my house plants from B&D.

Great plants
Great plants, good quality and quick delivery. Contacted by Customer Service to say a pot I had ordered with my plant was the last one in stock and unfortunately had scratches on. They offered me the pot free of charge. I took this option and when my order arrived the plant was well packaged and the pot wasn't too badly damaged.
Very happy with this service and company.

I love plants
I love plants, but I never seem to be able to keep them alive. I bought a plant last year from beards and daisies that is still going strong. So I ordered two more. The advice on each plant’s description on how to care for them is very helpful and there seems a lot of advice on the website. All my plants have arrived very well packaged but more importantly very healthy looking. I’ve ordered plants from another company previously and they have not looked as healthy as the ones from beards and daisies. I am more than happy with my purchases and the follow up emails give me confidence I have found a company who care about the products they supply.
