Finally, we run our business in an ethical fashion. We use a green electricity supplier, are diligent recyclers and try to make decisions based on the impact on the world around us. Our chosen charity is War Child.

The Bear Garden Guarantee
We aim to send orders within 24 hours of receipt whenever possible. Items are sent securely packed and clearly labelled, so they arrive safely.
We like our customers to be happy!
So, if when you receive your parcel you are not happy with the contents, you will be refunded on return of the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights. The Bear Garden guarantees that all items offered for sale are in perfect condition. We include boxes, bags and certificates where provided by the manufacturer.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We do ask, however, that you contact us before returning any item. Returns must be sent back with any original boxes, packing and certificates.
Refunds are less any original postage costs incurred by The Bear Garden. We do reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or missing.

Delivery of Steiff Bear
Having dealt with Andrew, Kate very carefully packed my bear in lots of tissue and he arrived, safe and sound with a big smile on his face, and the famous Steiff tag on one ear.
Naming him Steiffy, he soon integrated with my other bears. He is so soft and cuddly, anybody would love him straight away.
Everybody at The Bear Garden is a genuine Arctophile and as such, the love and care is obvious.
I bought online which was excellent but, I intend to go to the shop when I can to see all the others bears.
