The Bear Garden Guarantee
We aim to send orders within 24 hours of receipt whenever possible. Items are sent securely packed and clearly labelled, so they arrive safely.
We like our customers to be happy!
So, if when you receive your parcel you are not happy with the contents, you will be refunded on return of the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights. The Bear Garden guarantees that all items offered for sale are in perfect condition. We include boxes, bags and certificates where provided by the manufacturer.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We do ask, however, that you contact us before returning any item. Returns must be sent back with any original boxes, packing and certificates.
Refunds are less any original postage costs incurred by The Bear Garden. We do reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or missing.

They made it super easy to make an international purchase. Shipping was excellent - good price on the international shipping with tracking and alerts all the way. It was also faster than I expected. The Charlie Bear I ordered was beautiful and I was very happy with the shopping experience. I will purchase from The Bear Garden again.

What a great little company
What a great little company . Ordered a limited edition snoopy which had sold out on the official steiff site. I emailed Andrew and was he replied within minutes with answers to my questions. My item was dispatched and an email with confirmation and tracking number was received. In just under 24 hours i have received snoopy with a hand written note from Petnriz who packed him. Really nice touch
Outstanding customer service and a credit to all that work at Bear Garden. As an added bonus it was cheaper than buying from steiff. Will be sure to recommend to friends and this will be my go to place in the future . MASSIVE THANKS

Within 20 minutes of placing my order I had a shipping confirmation with delivery time for the following day.
I had called the shop to ask questions about the item I was ordering and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable.
