Not even 1 star.....BUYER BEWARE! Merchandise is very cheap quality and any returns have to be sent to DUBAI! Total scam!

Unacceptable! Items not as described. No refunds, even with threat of legal action. SCAM COMPANY!!!

Clothes arrive a month later, in the cheapest, thinnest fabric. Sizing totally off. I am a Small, and these are easily a Large. Don't let the pictures fool you! Clothing is cheap and unattractive. After I sent the company pictures per the request, they refused to refund. Never again!

Sizing:
It is true that items are shorter in person. I have a 41 inch bust and ordered XL per the size chart. I cannot button the top. Too small.
Material:
Slick feeling. Baffled by this "cotton blend." No care instructions. Not slick on the inside. The outside feels .. don't know how to describe it. Not cotton, nor silk. Feels like umbrella material, or a childs Halloween costume. But how do I wash it?
Color:
Not as advertised. Patterns are bigger, corny. Colors are very yellow in their undertone. Not complimentary to those with undertones best for "summer and winter" color schemes. Item described as brown is actually orange.
No receipt in bag. No brand name tags on garments. Over priced for quality. Details such as neckline style are different on actual items vs the online picture.
Big regret.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Terrible quality for the price. Can only communicate through email. They only let you return for damaged products not quality issue or sizing. The tops I ordered were made to look like a sweater weight but were so thin Jersey knit. Should have only charged a total of $30 for theee tops that cost me $92.97. DO NIT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Terrible customer service- won’t accept returns if you’re unsatisfied, and that’s after a five week wait to get your order. The fit and the fabric are both ugly and not as pictured on the website. Don’t waste your money!

It’s an absolute scam. They only communicate by email, that’s your first sign. Sizing chart is not accurate at all, the XL fit like a medium or large. Poor quality clothes, and lastly, they would not refund my money or give me a larger size. They only give refunds for “quality issues,” yet the sizing WAS a quality issue. Don’t waste your money!

I wish I could leave less than one star! Horrible, Scam company and would not order ever again. It took two months to get order processed and I wanted to return it. No - they don't process returns and have horrible customer service. Lesson learned!

Horrible quality and while their website says, “If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s).” They are telling me they only take returns for faulty products. Do not purchase from them.

The quality of their clothing is horrendous and they do not honor returns. I've been emailing back and forth with them for a month and they've offered me money starting at $12 all the way up to $35 on my $85 purchase. I just reversed the charges with the credit card company. Also called Dress Fashion and Wivivo. AVOID!

This is a scam, as others have said. They say you can get a refund if you're unsatisfied, but I paid $87.97 for clothes that were advertised as cotton blend and turned out to be polyester, and there were white spots on a sweater where they hadn't properly dyed it. When I contacted them to return it, they offered me a refund of $12, saying return shipping was too high. I complained, and they upped it to a $34 refund, which they said was their max. That is NOT a real return policy.

There should be a zero star option. This is the message I just sent to them after they told me they only "accept the return and make the refund for quality problems (for example: holes, stains, missing accessories, etc.). Please allow little difference in size or color."
You are the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
The quality of your fabric is awful & uncomfortable- no way I could know that without trying it- that is a quality problem!!!
& that is NOT what it should take to get as refund from a reputable company.
Clothing bought on the internet needs to be tried on.
I have NEVER heard of such ridiculous policy.
That is robbery, plain & simple. I will give you the worst reviews all over the internet. I spent $238, it took 2 months to get here. I tried to cancel waaaaay before the order shipped & was told there be a 10% charge. That is the biggest crock I’ve ever dealt with in all my 65 years. i hope you go out of business & I will do everything I can to make sure you do.

These clothes are trash. They don't look anything like the photos. Those photos were stolen from other catalogs. They are cheap polyester look homemade no labels ugly print.

I was as disappointed as all these other ladies with the 2 shirts I purchased on "Beathel". No consistency with the actual fabric as the images appear on the company website! Just a variation of the print. More like a blouse than a t-shirt....Now, even my anti-virus software redirects to a warning tab and throws up a rating of 'dangerous - scam', etc. for the website; so, I decided to communicate with them via PayPal resolution center. It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting for a response.

Received three tops I ordered. They do not look at all as pictured, and the sizing is ridiculous. 2 of the 3 will go straight to the Goodwill. I ordered XL and they are tiny! The third fits, but the material is completely polyester and cheaply made. Total SCAM!

This business is trash. The quality of the clothes is horrible and the sizing is completely off. They offer terrible customer service. Do not buy from them. Spend your money somewhere else.

Do not buy from this site. Material purported to be "ultra-cozy" is made of spandex similar to a bathing suit. Customer service will not accept returns unless items come with holes or rips. All three shirts I ordered were unwearable and similar quality to that of Wish but triple the price. Dealt with them by email for over a week and sent pics, at their request. I would attach photos here but the site doesn't have the option. I left many reviews on the store site. We will see if the site admin approves of them. Strings hanging, unfinished hems. The moment I put on two of the three I started instantly sweating. Save yourself time and money.

Very different than the photos on their website. The colors are not as shown. The fabric is like a polyester, not a soft cotton. It’s like a cheap print. It's like nothing I would actually wear. They reply to emails and deliver items at least. They won’t accept refunds, but I will be filing a claim with PayPal.

I only put a 1 star because you cannot go lower. If I could do a negative star I would. The items are NOT as pictured. They show an item that looks embroidered, but is actually only a 'stamp' that looks ridiculous in person. The material looks like it will go up in flames if anywhere near a heat source. The material is the cheapest and literally worst I have ever seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Deserves 0 stars. Do not order from this site. The clothing is not as shown or described on website. All items I ordered were described as "cotton blend." What arrived was the cheapest synthetic (dresses don't even have hems), colors not as shown. Website says they offer money back guarantee, but they do not. Also took over a month to even get my items.
