I purchased $94 worth of clothing and it all sucked. The colors didn't match up, the sized were too small, the fabric was super cheap...like plastic, and it took forever for it to arrive from CHINA. If you don't like it you can't return it unless there is a stain or damage. Basically you are stuck with what you get and it wont be nice. Save your money for something else.

After over a month, the shirt I received was not the one in the picture. The top portion was very distinctly different and cheaper looking. They probably photo shopped it! They would not offer a refund either, chalked it up to "Lighting" differences, and "an object being in the way", which didn't make sense. It was way larger than expected, as well. Disappointing!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Beathel is falsely advertising their products by showing models wearing lovely relaxed cotton products. What you get are shiny polyester products that look nothing like what the models are wearing.

They are also saying that they will not authorize the return because the shirts are not damaged, though their return policy says you can return if not 100% satisfied. lollippx does the same thing.

Don't buy these unless you like the 1980 polyester look and feel and don't mind the colors being different than what you ordered.

These products are the worst possible quality. Do not buy from Beathel. The pictures are misleading. Nothing fits, it is terrible fabric, and poorly made. They do not take returns.

The shirt I ordered, did not fit like the picture shown. It was made of cheap material and all polyester. I tried to return it by writing to the company- as they claim 100% satisfaction, but reading further down they state they only return for damaged items. I do not recommend this company and am now very careful of what I buy online. SO DISAPPOINTED!

I received the shipment in a reasonable amount of time and as stated on their website, however, the quality of the clothes are horrible. All material has some sort of polyester in it and feels cheap. You get better quality stuff in the LA garment district. All three pieces I bought will be donated to Goodwill this weekend. I took a risk and the outcome was as I expected.

I'm usually pretty good about this sort of thing -- I don't trust companies I've never heard of, I research and read reviews before ordering. In this case, I guess I got lazy. I read reviews, but they were all glowing. Beathel must have paid people to give them great reviews at the exact moment they pumped up their advertising, because the bad reviews are flowing in now -- including this one. I bought almost $100 worth of clothes more than a month ago. I received a shipping notice only last week. The tracking info still says "USPS Awaiting Item." Meaning, it actually has not shipped yet. And they have not responded to my emails asking about the order. If you go to their website and click on "Return/Exchange," you will notice English is not the writer's first language. The products and the prices seem too good to be true. And they are.

*** UPDATE*** OMG!!!!They just asked to access my computer through TEAM VIEWER in order to get a refund, so I called security and they said it is complete SCAM and once they are in your computer they do whatever they want!!!! WTH....As the REVIEWS state: This company is a complete SCAM! None of sweatshirts that ordered are cotton - they are POLYESTER! Since when is a sweatshirt made of polyester with absolutely no COTTON? These are horrible and they wont refund my money because nothing is "damaged" as they put it. Seeking a refund through my bank as this company is FRAUD. Also the review below providing their phone number is INCORRECT as well. They dont have a legit phone number. THE NuMBER Below in the poor review is SCAM to hack your computer.

Would give negative stars if I could. Worst quality clothing ever! Made of the cheapest polyester, looks nothing like the pictures. This is a joke company! Now I'm trying to get a refund and getting the run around via email. Not even sure I'm communicating with a human. The responses seem more like a robot.

COMPLETE SCAM. I order clothing and the quality of the garments are truly unwearable. I’ve had polyester Halloween costumes made of better quality. Items were advertised as cotton blend but were all made in the lowest quality polyester. They will not accept returns. These positive reviews are fake on this page.
They refuse a refund for items that do not fit and offer a discount. I would sooner wear a Halloween costume from a dollar store, as it would be made better.

Terrible customer service. Zero communication or order confirmation, in fact, I’ve received nothing yet. Working on a refund-for receiving nothing. The positive reviews are hacks. DO NOT BUY.

Truly not wearable. Colors dont match. Fabric thin and poorly cut so not wearable.even to thin to use as a rag. Very sad. UPDATE 9/18/20 DONT ORDER. CLOTHES ARE NOT CUT PROPERLY SO FIT AND FABRIC IS TERRIBLE. COLORS NOT A MATCH TO THE PICTURE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY LOOK LIKE RAGS NOT LIKE IN THE PICTURE. When you add another item it says 12% discount will apply at the end. It did not discount. I wrote the company as soon as i placed the order tellling them to give me the 12% back or to refund my money. There choice. So far only excuses and no return of money. Now they say if you cancel after 24 hours they keep 10%. I cancelled within 12 hours. So far i am very sad.customer no service a problem. If they refund or give me the 12% i will change my review. I dont understand why they are acting this way. We are talking $8. If i dont get an educated response i will submit everything to my credit card company to handle. Very sad. Did not get clothes so have no idea if they are as nice as they look.(update fabric is like a bad Halloween costume ,very thin no shape. Customer service is not nice.9/11/20 company said they will discount the clothes when I get them.update they never followed thur with discount. I ordered a dress and it did not fit properly. I requested a refund for the full amount of the dress (never worn) of $44.98. I was initially informed that they only refund for “quality or color” issues and, after refusing their “discount@ on a future purchase, was asked if I would accept $8 as a “refund”. I refused this and informed Customer Service that unless I receive full refund of price paid in exchange for returned dress I would contact the BBB and appropriate state/federal commerce agencies. There has been no response from Beathel. I would not purchase again from this company, would never recommend the company, and am informing friends/family to not purchase from them as well.
