Broken, and a replacement not yet with me

So far, the right side ear phone broke after two weeks. After attempting the hard reset three times, and repeated requests for a replacement, they asked me to send them back. I did this a week ago, and I've not heard anything since despite chasing. I've given them 2 stars rather than 1 as I'm still hoping to receive a working version of what I have paid for.

Terrible product. My left ear wireless headphone has stopped working after only using it once.

I want a refund, which I have requested and no one has responded to my request.

STAY WELL CLEAR

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THEY NEVER REPLY. MY EARPODS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. GO ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

First time I have ever written a review. Do not order from this website, I stupidly did. Only one of the earbuds work. I have emailed them and I have had no response - complete waste of money!

Don’t charge properly/Short battery life.

I haven’t been able to use them for more than an hour at a time. The right headphone keeps powering off like it has low battery even though I have fully charged them. The left headphone seems to last longer but still not great. Not sure if it’s turning itself on or if mine are faulty but the sound quality isn’t that great either.
Overall disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money as they aren’t cheap (even though they’re a lot cheaper than airpods).

On time arrival

My beatvibes arrived on time. They work well,good battery life, fits well in my ear. Very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic product

Fantastic product. Out of the box they were more amazing than i expected. Comfortable fit, great sound,great price and durable. Battery lasts for long. I am extremely pleased with my new black beatvibes.
