It’s taken over 3wks and I still haven’t received the AirPods I ordered for my kids holiday. I’ve asked for a refund as the holiday is now over, but haven’t had any response. Not happy!!

Good earphones and easy to use
Would have been 5 star review but for a slight delay in delivering the item. In fairness, I was kept informed of the delay (due to popular demand) and the company gave me a £5 voucher against my next purchase so I felt well looked after.
Earphones work well so far and very easy to use. Well recommended for those that don’t want to spend the higher price for Apple products.
