Stay away from Beaufort. They sell overpriced bikes that break down within only a couple of months. In less than 18 months after purchase, a 2200€ electric bike had: a malfunction in wheel ; a front light breaking down ; the system keeping the battery in place falling apart ; the motor of the bike stopped functioning. They did the bare minimum and send a new motor, and that's it. I had to pay for all the other repairs myself. Their customer service is useless.

I had up to 600€ of costs so far to repair a new bike. Honestly the worst purchase experience I ever had in my life.

I'd advise anyone to pick a better brand, one that actually cares about customers and the quality of their products.
