I was scammed by a company via PayPal and they took 85 euros from my account. I feel completely cheated. When I tried to get help, I found out there was nowhere to turn. The legal advice office couldn't help me because PayPal is considered a separate bank and operates outside the normal system. It's incredibly vague and frustrating. You think you are protected, but when you need help, the answer is no, you have to fight it yourself with the bank and they stand for the scam companies because It's money. In the end, I deleted my PayPal account out of pure frustration to prevent this from happening again, after that Paypal added something about this in their agreement. I recommend everyone to be very careful about which companies you pay via PayPal. You have been warned, especially this company.

I was also scammed. They sent me a different, unusable item, and no replacement! No refund either. Worst service ever. Never again! Beware of this company.

I wish I could give zero stars on this website for Beautiful Sunflower.
What I ordered had absolutely no resemblance to what was advertised on the website.
When I emailed to express my dissatisfaction, they simply offered me a small refund and did not recognize that what I received was nothing like what was on the website. They would not refund my purchase or offer me a way to return.
For the record it was the Flynn‘s Arcade Book Nook. Absolute rip off. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered.
Worst Internet purchased I have ever made. Lesson learned.
I hope anyone who is even on the fence about ordering from Beautiful Sunflower will see this post and not order from them.

Do not buy from this company. They sold me one product and then sent me something completely different. False advertising, terrible customer support, and just a shady company in general.

Take the advice from all of these 1 star reviews. Do not buy from this company. I didn't look at reviews until after I got scammed. They sent me 6 pieces of cheap wood that looked nothing like what they showed on their website. I contacted them and was told they could only refund me $4 and not the $57 I paid. I'm now going through my bank to reverse the charge.

I purchased the arcade booknook, but the item I received is nothing like the one shown in the promotional videos on Facebook. After checking online, I realized that many other customers had the same disappointing experience. I requested a refund, but was told I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, which is unacceptable. This feels very dishonest and misleading.

Got scammed with the arcade book nook, was a gift so really disappointed. It's worthless trash and they sent fake tracking from usa yet the delivery company sent correct tracking from China. $100 in the bin and a sad child.

Honestly the most disappointing item I have bought online. flynns arcade book nook.. to me this item looked great super detailed and in my mind would of made my book shelf look great and stand out.
What I got was 6 wooden slats that you glue together. Absolutely nothing like the the picture. I've emailed the company and they are offering me 3 USD when I paid £30 . Disgusted disgusted disgusted.

I ordered a Flynn’s Arcade book nook from them based on a Facebook ad. When it arrived it was cheap, flimsy, and looked nothing like the advertised product. Complete scam.

Bought the Flynn's arcade book nook. It looked nothing like advertised. The flooring was not carpet rather just a black piece of wood and there wasn't even a Flynn's arcade sign. The machines look like someone took a blurry photo. There is 6 pieces of wood. The worst book nook purchase and the most expensive I have purchased. They won't give you a refund either. It's so ugly I want to return it but there customer service is also terrible and won't let you.

It amazes me how a fraudulent online site like “beautiful-sunflower.com” can continuously get away with scamming people. Ironically their site claims that they provide quality merchandise and money back guarantees but it’s the very opposite! Wish I knew before getting duped. I’ve resorted to disputing charges with my bank. There is no integrity in every aspect of this site.

Just like others here, I fell for the Flynn's Arcade Booknook scam. After doing a delightful kit by Anavrin, this one was advertised to me on Facebook, which I promptly scooped up, being a fan of old school arcades and 80's retrowave/synthwave. Sadly, the item that arrived was just six pieces of wood with a crappy battery light. Nothing like what was advertised.

Just like other reviewers, they were extremely awkward with regard to giving a refund, so I had to go through my bank to get one.

Obviously using AI or stolen photos as item looks nothing like advertised. It is very cheap and poorly constructed. The arcade machine names are mirrored so look wrong and it is basically 4 pieces to make a box. No detail at all, no depth, nothing.

Purchased an item, upon it arriving it looked nothing like item advertised and it was very very poor quality.
They said that after their warehouse looking at it, it's as described, unbelievable tbh, anyway they refused to refund me.
Had to go through PayPal to get my money back.
I'm sick of these criminal companies tipping people off and out of their hard earnt money.
Please people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bought a Flynns arcade booknook.
The website showed a different item as advertised. Basically a rip off copy of original, very bad resolution of arcade machines, barely make out any wording. A 6v light was promised, a cheap battery light included instead. Embarrassed that I fell for this scam

Complete bait and switch. They showed a picture of a beautiful Tiffany style glass lamp, and 3 months I receive this cheap plastic thing that looks awful and doesn’t even work. It’s just trash. Outrageous.

Still getting jerked around by these guys, claiming they are resending item, for the third time!! This is a scam, take your money but never send item. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. only gave 1 star bc giving zero was not an option

I didnt expect much but boy this thing surprised me big time! Sticks well on fridge, feels sturdy and mug keeps coffee warm just right. Planning got easier plus having a hot drink in bathroom is kinda dope. Already recommended mates to grab one.

Order delivery was delayed nearly 2 months. Took daily emails and threats of trading standard to eventually recieve order. Goods of extremely poor quality. Did not meet expectations. 100% avoid this company

I only wish I’d checked them out beforehand, I too have been SCAMMED by this horrible company with fake logistic emails……gutted and annoyed with myself…..what’s worse is they are still active and hurting people everyday!
