24 days later, tracking says it is still sitting in Guangzho, China. Do not make the same mistake as me and waste your money.

Ordered on the 8th June and item arrived on the 23rd June. Product fantastic! I was initially hesitant after reading the reviews, yes they are not great at replying to emails and often don’t listen to the questions and send generic answers back. It should say on the website these are not being sent from the uk and will take ages but it has come and in the time frame I needed it to so overall ’m very happy with the shirt. You should be more upfront on your website about delivery times and also not advertise free postage as it’s not free. I would however buy from these again.

I have ordered my next day delivery product on the 1rst of June for the Euros. 23rd of June so 23 days later, no news,no email and a tracking link that does not work.
The company location is closed, the telephone number on the website is not working.
I have been in touch on Instagram but the person was wasting my time.
I will not give up on my 50£ guys and will continue chasing.

Ordered with next day shipping, hasn’t arrived over 5 days later. No reply to any emails and no option to phone. Complete joke of a site

Ordered a Jay-Jay Okocha Nigeria shirt over 2 months ago. They told me it had been delivered to my letterbox at the beginning of May but nothing was there. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it as the tracking id says it was delivered but could not provide any proof of delivery.

Several emails later and they are now ignoring me. Tried going through PayPal but no response there either.

Don’t waste your time or money!

Ordered a top on 30th April for sons birthday(12th May) still not received my item and it’s now 30th May. Sent 3 emails but never had a reply. Very disappointed with customer service, avoid at all cost.

Beware. You may be left with a bad product with no refund or return. I ordered a retro France jersey. Took forever but when it got there, I saw that it differed greatly from the actual photos on the website. Emailed them twice with screenshots and photos with details showing that what they sent doesn't match what is on the website. Not even one response from their customer support email. Worst customer experience ever. Very shady company.

I ordered a football shirt on the 10th May I had an option for next day delivery which I paid for, the shirt didn't come the week after never mind the next day! I've emailed 3/4 times. They refunded me £3 even though I paid £7 for next day delivery which apparently they dont even do, so why there is an option for it I don't know! Anyway 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the shirt , it was supposed to be for a birthday present too 😑

Worst customer experience ever. Order a shirt more than a month ago, email, facebooked customer service , only received same automatic reply from "John Davies". To be avoided

Avoid this company! Ordered a shirt for my sons birthday. Turns out he had the exact same one. I’ve emailed 3 times without a reply. Poor customer service but are willing to take your money

Avoid!!! Sub par product and when asked to provide a returns address I was ignored. PayPal got involved and I received a reply. The item is now returned with proof of receipt by the company and they have not refunded and are ignoring me. Poor product and service. Please don’t waste your time!

Run a mile, they try and lure you in with these delicious looking slices of nostalgia but in reality it's either a scam or run by the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure to deal. I ordered a Jersey for a friend with express delivery as were against the clock nearly 5 months later no Jersey and no refund. I order a shirt 2 months ago !!! I send a vieuw mails , they would look into it !! But Now 2 months later , i heard nothing anymore!! Its a Shame.., dont order here! They scam you !!

Purchased 4 shirts totalling £180. Paid for next day delivery so I could pass on as a birthday gift and received an email stating that they had been delayed for 4 weeks due to the pandemic (which I felt was fair enough.) Advised them I paid for next day delivery and was promised id be refunded this.

4 weeks, 3 emails later and still no refund, received the same email back saying "give us 24 hours and we'll investigate" to which they NEVER reply...

It's a shame because the shirt quality is good but the aftersales is amongst the worst I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!

Had a basket ready for 4 more shirts but after this experience they've lost any further custom.
