Thank you for my Agnes topper iam over the moon with it,for years I have had to backcome and lacquer my hair to cover my thinning and bald patches,my topper came on Tuesday and it is fab,i would recommend any woman to buy one xx

Ordered a Betsy topper and waited a month to receive it. When it arrived I was very disappointed to see a brown/ginger topper instead of the beautiful blonde one that was advertised on their website and on youtube. I asked , at the point of ordering to have a fringe cut into it and they obviously cut it into the wrong topper.
I am in dispute with them at the moment as they refuse to refund me. Please avoid Beautiful Betsy!!!

I have bought my 4th Beautiful Betsy and wear mine every day ,I get different models so I look different:))) the quality is always out of this world ,when I do tell my close friends that I wear a hair topper they can’t believe it ,it’s natural looking and blends in perfect when I get my hairdresser to design it as I like ,I wash and colour mine when needed ,I wouldn’t know what to do if I didn’t have my Betsy at all times xxx

I'm so disappointed with the Agnes dark blonde (rooted) topper I bought for £240 plus postage from BB. When it arrived I was a bit disappointed by the coarseness of the hair compared to my own (my own hair is very silky) but even more alarmed by the the very dark, chocolate brown roots that look really odd with the blonde ends. However because I'd watched all the tutorials which say you can customise the topper I wasn't too concerned as I thought I'd be able to lighten the roots. I even sent a message asking if it was safe to use Olia dark blonde dye (7.0) to match my bio hair and was reassured by the message that came back from BB that they use it all the time! Well, I tried twice but the dye didn't do much at all to lift the colour (they must use industrial strength dye on those roots!) the roots remain very dark and don't match my own hair at all- the line at the front is very obvious and I can't blend it in no matter what I do. The whole thing looks really strange. My alternative would be to dye my own hair dark to match it and to be honest the root colour is horrible and I don't suit dark hair. In retrospect I should have bought the light blonde and toned it down to dark blonde - Don't be lulled into the false security of the tutorials because you cannot make a dark topper lighter (unless you use peroxide but that will definitely wreck the hair). Of course I can't return it because I've messed with it and I'm left with an unwearable topper that will stay in the box and I'm £240 odd lighter.

I took delivery of my hair topper yesterday. I was a bit nervous and anxious when trying it on for the first time. I had watched all the tutorials on beautiful Betsy’s website so I had a rough idea on placement. I couldn’t believe it first time putting it on was perfect. It has given me my confidence back and I’m not afraid to wear it for the first time either. I thought it would take me a bit of time before I would go out with it but I am wearing it tomorrow to a party. I’ve even cut a small fringe into it.

I have spent a fortune on synthetic wigs and toppers and nano hair extensions and whilst they were ok, I couldn’t say they were great. I found Beautiful Betsy on line and after considerable deliberation and video watching took the plunge and ordered Clara in diamond. I must admit I wasn’t hopeful but knew that I could return it if not suitable. I have to say I am blown away, even my husband commented which is highly unusual. I tweaked Clara after watching BB videos and it is so light and comfortable I forget I wearing it. Will definitely be purchasing more BBs in the future.

I was so nervous buying my 1st ever hair topper online without having tried one on and not able to travel to the Uk. I sent an email with a photo of my lichen planopilaris permanent hair loss asking a few questions and the next day received a reply with a better suggestion than the piece I was looking at along with colour suggestions. This gave me the confidence to go ahead and make the purchase. I received notice that my ‘Olive’ had been posted out and a few days later she arrived beautifully packed. I popped her on straight away and I was so trilled. I went straight to my hairdresser wearing her so a to book an appointment to get both my bio hair and Betsy hair cut to my style for later this week. The 2nd day of having Betsy I had a hospital appointment and 2 nurses and the specialist all complemented me on how well I was looking while I kept Betsy my secret! 🤫 It’s taken over 12 yrs to be diagnosed with the hair loss and head pain and it’s been a dark lonely place … but no more with Betsy ! I’m now looking at buying another so I can change up my style as she’s so easy and comfortable to both wear and style.

Its quite rare these days to find a company that actually puts its clients happiness and experience first , but have to say from my initial contact to the aftersales support and advice after my purchase have been second to none. After a very helpful online consultation , I purchased Agnes and with the aftersales advice I was given , have been able to tweak her to suit my needs. Great quality item and many thanks deserved to the whole team who have guide a 'newbie' through the process. Absolutely recommend this company .

I received my first Beautiful Betsy hair topper “Grace” back in October this year. She is a gorgeous blonde with a smudge root and low lights. My hairdresser had made her just perfect for me now with a fringe cut in and I feel so much more confident going out now that my hair loss is no longer visible.
Beautiful Betsy has made such a difference to my life! If anyone is sitting on the fence and wants to purchase a good quality piece from a UK based supplier at affordable prices then do not hesitate to order. I also love that they are great at communicating even after your topper has arrived!
Grace is fabulous and I know that she is just the beginning of my topper journey!

I purchased the Agnes topper approx 2 months ago and have given it this long so I can write a thorough review.
I have worn human hair toppers for over 10 years. I really wanted to like this topper and initially thought I had found a great purchase, however just a couple of months on and I am finding it is actually quite poor quality, by the end of the day the hair has become messy and tangled almost like cheap synthetic hair and even on a calm day (no wind etc) I end up looking like Worzel Gummidge!
I have a few cheap emergency human hair toppers which I purchase from the likes of Shein and Temu for £50 a piece and tbh this BB topper is virtually identical to these even the base is identical. I suspect Agnes is made from cheap Chinese hair which is disappointing, I would expect a topper at £240 to not look and feel like a tangled mess by the end of the day. Shame as I thought I had found a regular supplier.

Amazing service and quality product from Beautiful Betsy’s team. I have been ordering from them for the past 7 years and have never been disappointed. The new Agnes is absolutely stunning and I consider a real game changer for me. Thanks again Paula and tribe. You really do change peoples lives🩷

I have bought my hair toppers from Beautiful Betsy for a couple of years. I’ve just purchased a Margot in dark brown and as always the quality and comfort is second to non. The quality of the hair is beautiful and looking after them is not difficult at all! Comfort wise the clips are secure so you feel confident in them and honestly now I don’t feel like I have a topper on! They last really well, I have curled, straightened and coloured my pieces if needed and have had no problems. I tend to keep my old one for on the beach or swimming when on holiday, so easy! Thanks beautiful Betsy I will continue to purchase from you and thanks for giving me my confidence back 😊

Very helpful speedy delivery good Quality Agnes my daughter couldn’t believe it wasn’t my own hair and I found the tutorials very informative.

My Agnes (Rooted Dark Blonde) makes such a difference to my hair and gives me such a boost. I didn't realise how much my hair was getting me down, but since I have been wearing Agnes I just find myself smiling, not hiding a way worrying about how shiny my scalp looks that day.
I followed Paula's video tips on how to make some finishing touches to the piece and they really worked. My Agnes now just looks like my hair used to before alopecia, and I feel myself again.
I can't really thank the team enough for their help. Beautiful Betsy is just a game-changer if your hair is getting you down.

I have been thinking about getting a Betsy for over a year and finally did ,after a few mix ups with delivery which was down to DPD delivering to wrong place , I chose an Agnes as I have hair but it is very thin , I ordered a golden first but it was much too blonde for me so I exchanged for the rooted dark blonde , I honestly can’t say what a difference she has made , I just put her on and have so much confidence, it takes a few times to get her in the right place and you don’t think you will but then it just goes right and looks amazing , as I’m new to wearing hair I put sunglasses on top just because I’m a bit conscious of the parting but I think that will get better with time , watching the videos really helps but it’s just trial and error till you get it right , so happy with my Betsy .

Since posting the below review BB have reached out to me and refunded me all my delivery costs. Thank you BB, just wish this happened without my having to post this review as I only wanted what was fair as a customer.

“I do not give one star lightly.
I ordered a Grace hair topper on 6 August and paid £595 for the hair plus £7.80 for DPD home delivery.
The hair arrived 17 days later with no correspondence from BB as to why it was taking so long. When the hair arrived it was in an opened and damaged box with the hair hanging out of it. The hair was totally unprotected and looked as if it had been taken out of the box prior to being delivered.
I have been wearing hair toppers for years and never received one so poorly packaged.
I contacted BB and they were rather nonplussed about it all. Within 1 1/2 hours of receiving the package I had returned it via their online instructions at a cost to me of £5.99. After chasing up about my refund I was reimbursed on 10 September for the hair only (£595) and not for their choice of poor delivery service.
I accept I should stand the cost of delivery and return if this was a change of mind but it wasn’t. This was a faulty delivery with a delivery company of their choosing.
I always judge a company by their customer service and this company has failed.”

Such wonderful service from people who really understand hair loss and its effects. I bought Iris a couple of years ago but only by watching Paula’s videos did I realise I needed to customise the piece to really make it work. I’m now wearing it and nobody has noticed !!!! Exactly the reaction I wanted. I’ve also bought Agnes which I need to lighten. I’m desperate to try Clara when I can. Thank you Paula and the team.
