Firstly the packaging always includes love hearts and their service matches that!
I ordered the wrong colour on a product I previously ordered I explained that in my email and asked if they would honour a replacement & Return. They did not hesitate to offer me a replacement product which they sent out same day & asked me to gift the wrongly ordered item to a friend to spread the love .my God! That’s what I call customer service it touched me a lot

This is the best beauty site I have ever used. I love Katie's advice as she is so honest and always looking for something new and better. I am over 50 and Katie's recommendations always work. Although I am in Ireland my orders arrive in a few days. I just love the products and tips. I spent years looking for the products that work for me. I love that she shows how everything works on her own skin. Am an absolute fan and my products (especially my delilah products ) are my all time favourites.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Where do I start! I bought the doe eye mascara & it is just incredible. It really does transform your lashes & gives me a real false lash look. Lasts all day long too so totally agree with the other review on this. You wont be dissapointed if you buy it. The girls at Beauty & the Boutique for me have to stand out as one of the best beauty companies out there! They're all just simply amazing. They really genuinely go above & beyond to provide advice, help & direction with any make up queries you may have & really help you to feel confident in what you do. The website is amazing with really great tutorials & you can actually watch the video of a product you are looking at being applied. Katie is just amazing in the way she explains things & gives off such a lovely genuine happy positive vibe that's infectious! I honestly can't recommend this company enough & really hope they grow in recognition within the industry they truly deserve. Best Customer Service I have ever experienced
The products are great and I love all Katie's makeup tips. Their customer service is out of this world. I have never come across such good care, quick response and their approach is totally in line with Katie's brand. Very uplifting.... Kudos to the team!!!

I have followed Katie’s tips on Beauty and the boutique and the comments I have had were so complimentary! I want to add that when I brought cosmic glow I got 2 because I knew the product would be great, I have been using it regularly for many months now and am still on the first one - it just doesn’t run out! I am so delighted by it, a little goes a long way. I use less make up than ever but my skin looks stunning (I am 58 by the way). Xxx

I bought the new Doe eyes mascara
I bought the new Doe eyes mascara. It is amazing. Being 58 my lashes aren't what they were and I rarely wear mascara on my lower lashes.
This product is fab. I now have a full lash look and had so many compliments it's been so positive. It's not cheap( well a lot more than I would normally spend, ) worth every one of the £24's

Cosmic Glow &mii lipstick
Wow stumbled on Katie’s video one evening and was so impressed with her tutorial I ordered the cosmic glow and the lipsticks she was showing on the video. Very impressed product arrived quickly and was beautifully wrapped with a sweet treat too. I have watched several other videos of Katie’s and they are all great and quick and easy to do, well most😀. I will be returning to try buy other products for sure.

Fantastic experience! After seeing the videos on my FB I finally caved and bought some items. It was with some trepidation as buying stuff as a result of seeing on Facebook has never been a good experience for me! However, Beauty & the Boutique exceeded all expectations in every way. Order arrived quickly, everything individually wrapped in the parcel, beautiful presentation, with more information about how to use them. And the products are great! Can’t recommend highly enough. Game changers …
I first discovered this company a few year’s ago. One night I was stuck at home feeling a bit bored and I saw a make up tutorial on Facebook. It was SO good and so well taught I found myself reaching for similar products from my own collection and following along. I learned how to use concealer around my eyes and how to do my eyebrows - yes it makes a huge difference. How to highlight my face and that wonderful Dome highlighter gives my 66 year old face a lovely youthful glow, in hospital, looking pasty, I dotted in a little of Katie’s blush and immediately the woman in the next bed wanted to know what I’d used and ordered. The products are great. Really good and they are long lasting. I recorder as they are now ‘my’ products!
The tutorials are fun to watch and easy to follow. You can use your own products but obviously will want to buy BatB’s. They are worth it and they last for ages.
The company is easy to deal with as messages get replied to very fast and any problems resolved immediately. I have never had a problem. Their products arrive so fast that if they don’t I sometimes have to chase. But then they arrive next day. I’d say they arrive within a week.
I can’t say enough really. They have given me confidence in my own appearance. And I love doing my face now.
Oh their Dome powder highlighter is the best product in the world.

Amazing products and really informative tutorials. I have worked in the beauty industry but Katie's advice has really helped me update my look. I have bought a few products and especially love cosmic glow, just ordered another two as can't bear it to run out and not have any. I love the fact that Katie encourages you to use make up you already have so you don't feel you are been over sold too. I have just ordered some more products and can't wait to try them. Also you get an amazing customer service, I had a problem with an eyeliner which was rectified with no fuss. Amazing company, amazing products, amazing advice.

I love everything I have bought from this company and I just wanted to praise their customer service. I had an amazing response when I had an issue with a delivery. 1000 Star Review - Amazing Products & Customer Service!!
I have recently enrolled on an ILM Executive Coaching & Mentoring course, which will require a lot of face to face meetings and/or conference calls with clients, so thought I would treat myself to some new make up and skin care products, to help give my confidence a little boost.
I have been watching a lot of the Beauty and the Boutique tutorials on Facebook and have been really impressed with the products that have been showcased, but was also swayed by the friendly and bubbly nature of Katie and her team.
I was only going to buy a couple of products, but when there was an offer of 20% discount for buying 3 or more items, I thought it would be rude not to accept (at least that was my justification :)).
The ordering process was a breeze, communication and follow up support were absolutely first class. Had a minor glitch with the delivery service (not the fault of Katie or her team), which was resolved immediately and without any issue - I was even given a refund on the postage, as I had paid for next day delivery and the delivery company let them down.
The products were delivered very quickly (even with the slight glitch) and were even better than I had hoped for - the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end - I even received some Love Heart sweets, which was a really lovely touch.
Although the quality of the products are amazing, what impressed me the most is that the team are so genuine and authentic - they are extremely passionate about their business, and care deeply about their customers. It comes across in their online videos, but also in their email correspondence when they helped to resolve the delivery glitch.
I highly recommend using this company and will definitely be ordering again in the future.
