Very good service. My products arrived quickly and well packed. Support even helped me with choosing the right conditioner for my hair.

Very similar review to others I’m reading ... I ordered one bottle of shampoo from them on 8th June. Over a week later and no order or dispatch confirmation so I contacted them to be told it was due to be dispatched the next day. Almost a week later and it’s still not been dispatched or delivered.
Obviously a stock issue which if is the case they shouldn’t be advertising items they don’t have in. No reply from them when I’ve asked to cancel the order and just get a refund. Awful company poor, dishonest customer service.

Overall good experience. Was waiting 3days for my order to come. I must say I really like the selection of nail polish colors they have.

Ordered 2 items on 8th June had no update or delivery so messaged them on 15th chasing my good. I was told they were behind on orders and it would be dispatched on 17th so I emailed today asking if it had been dispatched and if norlt to refund me as I had waited long enough. I had an email to say the product was STILL out of stock, which I had not been told previously. Shocking customer service will not use them again

My second or third time ordering. Never had an issue: items arrive either early or on time; customer service is always on point.

Will definitely be ordering again and recommending to friends and family.

Ordered a hair serum from this website, were very quick to charge and send me a confirmation email. No dispatch email ever arrived, I get in contact over a week later and I have to send my concerns twice before I got a response, telling me my order be shipped within the next 3 day….those 3 days came and went and still nothing. I got in contact again and they said my order would now be shipped the next day (which never happened) ended up getting in contact to just ask for a refund and to cancel my order, could see myself waiting forever otherwise….Save yourself the bother and check the reviews beforehand.

I have recently purchased a bottle of Milkshake silver shampoo from this company. Unfortunately the size I ordered was out of stock so just assumed I would have to wait until it became available again. What a lovely suprise I had when I opened my parcel and found that they had sent me the 1000ml instead of the 300ml I had ordered due to the 300ml still being out of stock, yet not charged me a penny extra 🙂 I also recieved an email saying what they had done. This has to be the best company I have ever dealt with as I don't know of any other that would have done this for a customer. Absolutely A star review from me 😁

I came across this site by pure chance when looking for some OPI Avojuice hand cream. The cheapest I have found it anywhere and they have a great selection. Delivery is free or you can pay for next day if you want it in a hurry.

Have used the site twice now and no problems on either occasion, both times I opted for free delivery and my product came very well packaged and in around 4 days from the date of order.

Will definitely use again.

I have used this site now several times and yes they are the cheapest out there for the hand cream that I want. However, I have noticed a deterioration in the service provided each time I have used them.. Delivery went from 2-3 days to over a week. They then sent the wrong order but made no mention of why. I re-ordered from them, they took payment and then said the product was no longer available.

In light of all the recent issues I have had I have down graded them to 4 stars. That said they are still very good value for money

Only giving 1 star because I have too.
Dispatched my delivery a week late, then only bothered to send me the shampoo and not the conditioner, useless customer service with no apology! Would never order from this useless company again! Can’t even do a simple order right!!

my products had great quality and alleviated my skin irritation. on top of that when I wanted to call with a query about my product I was helped swiftly and effectively. I received my products in time to use the makeup for an important event! loved it!

Got my wifes order quickly and promptly, I was a bit lost with one of the products and someone was n hand to help with this. Only dropped one star as it arrived slightly late than hope but they kept me in the loop with these changes a the very least! would recommend
