After difficult start, made things right.
I was sent an incorrect item, and initially had a very difficult time with customer service trying to arrange a return. However, after things escalated, a rep from Beauty Encounter reached out and offered to make things right. I was sent an updated return label and had my refund issued in a few days. Wish the initial difficulties could have been avoided, but appreciate the detailed customer service I received in the end.

This website was easy to work with. The price of the item I purchased was very close to the prices I saw on other websites for the same product. I used my credit card to purchase that product, and the entire shopping and buying experience was clean and simple. My package arrived in 3 days and was carefully wrapped and addressed properly
