Never heard of this company but I did my research and found they were here in the U.S. I was a bit skeptical due to their advertising and font used on the website, but when I found the company in Fountain Valley, CA, on Google Maps, it reassured me. So I decided to see what happens next. From transaction to the time the product arrived, was just a few days. It was a quick turnaround for me and I was very pleased how they shipped my purchase, ensuring that nothing would bend or break.

The website was easy to navigate and they had lots of choices. Their prices were very competitive in my opinion and that is why I chose to use BeautyEncounter plus the previous comments. I look forward to doing business with BeautyEncounter in the future.

Easy to find product and order. Price good. However, the system wouldn't allow me to order more than one. The response to my inquiry was, well just put in a separate order. I didn't- why would I put in another order I would have to pay extra shipping for. They lost an extra sale that day. Otherwise order selection, delivery, and process easy and painless.

Perfume did not hold fragrance for more than a few minutes probably because it’s old. I won’t buy another perfume that is old or otherwise discontinued.

Super fast shipping, great products… the entire process was seamlessly, I wish I knew about this site sooner.

Customer service quickly responded to my inquiry. The shipping was fast and the product was as described.

Great smell

Sent emails, they do not have my order from Amazon! Lost my order! I have to contact Amazon to get my credit back!

It was legit. Product was original and arrived on time

It was my first time ordering from the company so I was nervous it might be a sham. My order was exactly what I purchased and came a little earlier than expected.

Ordering & everything was easy, all came pretty quick & no issue. I was annoyed to find out the package came from Amazon though, as I was notified by my informed delivery that I was receiving an Amazon package, which contained what I'd ordered form Beauty Encounter.

I ordered a product. It was not delivered. The refund process appears to be longer then it should be and far from guarantied. I do not have the product. I do not have the money. I had to provide a statement which I did with evidence. And now I have to wait while they process it thru their insurance company?

At this point I would not likely order from them again or recommend them to others.

The delivery was quick and the price was definitely better than at the store or Amazon. I have been using this perfume for many years and every time I get compliments. I have tried others to change, and I never get comments on when I wear these other perfumes. I will keep using it!

The delivery time was awesome

I should received a sample of fragrance with purchase
and I didn't . That's my 3-rd purchase with no sample included

They resolved the problem quickly and positively by issuing a full refund despite the fact that the issue was caused by false claims by another company.

I returned for a $10.00 label fee. Smell lasted about 10 minutes. I went to Macy's and paid double but the fragrance lasts for hours.

The perfume arrived in a timely manner and great secure packaging. It smells great an authentic as I have been purchasing this perfume since the early 90’s mostly from Nordstrom at 3X the price. I did not know who beauty Encounter was until I saw this perfume at a great price. Definitely will order from this company again.
