Do not order from them. This is a complete scam. They did not deliver anything and refused to refund me.

Total scam - do not order. It says free shipping but you will be hit with a customs fee of hundreds of dollars and their customer service says you will be sent to collections if you refuse delivery bc of the customs fees. DO NOT USE this site.

Beware: Scam Alert! I ordered a product from this company, and not only did they fail to deliver the package, but they also refused to refund my money. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have ignored all my messages. This seems to be a deliberate scam. I highly advise against purchasing from them. Don’t waste your time or money!

SCAM COMPANY!!! Even though it says verified company, do not believe that!!! I order 1-3.4oz container of hair grease that I use on my customers and I have NOT received it as of yet since August 28th. My shipping info has not changed in over 2 1/2 weeks. It still says “info will be available as soon as it becomes available “ I’ve escalated my FULL REFUND from Paypal since this company says they can not refund me for something I have not received. as of ow they still have not responded to my request. I do not have money to pay for something and never receive it. Aggravated customer !!!!

I would have left zero stars but that wasn’t an option. I ordered product on 8/24. I paid for standard shipping which states is 5-12 working days. I received my product today, September 30th. When I wrote the company to inquire on where my product was I was told I should have shipped it rush. You should update your shipping times to reflect the actual time it will take. I have no intention of ever ordering from your company again.

I don’t ever write reviews. Disappointed by the slow delivery and complete lack of response from customer service. Took a month to finally receive and would never purchase from them again.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago, received an incomplete order in a box tampered.
The company refuses to send me the missing items at their expense. The only way to get my complete order is to pay an extra shipping cost, to fix the problems they've caused.
And by the way, forget about any compensation for the issues and delay

I ordered 8 skin creams for Christmas gift 16 days ago. Did not hear re: shipping for over a week, so I wrote to them to ask to cancel the order. No response. Finally got a UPS tracking number, and now for days the product "is being held at a secure facility for resolution" - Do NOT order from this company, I can't believe I have no gifts for my 6 nieces tomorrow, and I lost over 350 USD!

Beware! I ordered from them approximately one month ago, I payed €96 (a good price) for three bottles of perfume, have still not received my purchase, their guest tracking does not work and when I mail the company all I get are weird automatic replies... I now believe I have been cheated, would like my money back (or get my perfume), would not order again!
