Satisfied customer

I received my order but there was a problem with it. I raised this issue in an email sent on February 11 and I'm still waiting for a partial refund.

Excellent price and fast delivery

Everything went wrong. Didn't receive my product at all even after paying £4.99 delivery fee. Email several times no reply. Very disappointed with this company overall. And for this i give a -0 rating

This was my first time using this company, and so wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered a hairdryer, as it was reasonably priced. A week later I still had not received my hairdryer and was flying out on holiday in a matter of days. I emailed them and was impressed with their prompt response, I literally received my hairdryer the next day!

I waited almost 2 weeks to get my order, which wasn’t your regular service/ delivery time.

So this company is scam sorry to say I ordered three product which was £17 end up paying €47 for no reason when I asked them to cancel the order about three weeks now nobody answer me

Charged up and does not work as it should no pulse modes as described in videos
I have messaged as must be a faulty item
Not impressed

I ordered on March 24th. Its April 23rd and my order is still not here.

Item faulty sent messenger message to get repair or replacement under guarantee. No response poor customer service.

Just the beginning with the long wait before responding to my concerns about my merchandise not being received almost took about two weeks without a tracking number. However, I a 4 outta 1-5 simply because. Once Besutyholic explained the computer system issues they responded promptly and ship my merchandise asap. Will I shop here again? "ABSOLUTELY!" My daughter bought me the Glamlight hairdryer for Christmas. As I suffer with fibromyalgia and arthritis, a lightweight, efficient hairdryer has become essential. And this one certainly fit the bill. It is lightweight, easy to use and the blue light and negative ion technologies help my hair to dry without any problems. Would absolutely recommend 5*

I ordered hair and never received a tracking number or update on shipping. Tried contacting this company no response. I really doubt the reviews are genuine and if the company exists in UK. No contact number or address. No response to emails. Contacting the bank it's a scam with fake reviews.

I got a response after leaving a negative review on the sister company website and the products were delivered the very next day. Its exactly what I ordered with a few satchets of complementary shampoo and an email to apologise. They said they sent 4 Pounds back to my account. I don't know didn't check.
I am not sure what to make of this company. On the UK government website says company status dissolved. They definitely ship from the UK but through the sister company, am not sure if I was ever going to get a response through this website if it wasn't for TrustPilot and someone mentioning the name of their other company on TrustPilot. The first review when I wrote I was very upset and frustrated because they ignored all emails. Hoping their service will improve in the future or at least stick to one website than using multiple sites with same products and only focusing on one site because the other has negative reviews.

Delivery was great, but serum a bit pricey, will definitely shop with them again

I had to write several emails to get across to you and now I am being charged for importation fees that was not stated in your policy, I have reached out again to ask you why UPS is charging for import fees, I have had goods sent in and shipper always covers the cost or state it in your policy or in the receipt. This is just sad
