I would strongly advise avoiding this company. They have not issued a refund despite the item being returned over a month ago. I’ve been waiting an extended period for a refund on an expensive bottle of perfume, and customer service has been extremely unhelpful throughout. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from them

Took them a week to realise that they don’t have the item I want in stock. Waste of time. It was in stock when ordered and they was quick to take my money

Good product, delivery and communication

This was my first time ordering Creed Aventus Absolu from Beauty Shop, and I’m very satisfied. Despite my initial hesitation, the perfume arrived in its original packaging along with three additional sample fragrances. The delivery to London was delayed by two days, but the product was exactly as I expected. I will definitely consider ordering from them again in the future. 👍

Not responsive on an order that i placed. They inform me about a change in my order and i provide the information and now they are unresponsive ...have i been scammed? The perfume bottle is quite expensibe too

***DON'T BUY FROM THEM - HUGE SCAM *** I purchased a very expensive bottle of perfume from this website and they sent me a box that had clearly been tampered with and which I believe is potentially counterfeit. I reported it to their bot-system on their website as thats the only way of registering a complaint. It said that the complaint was registered but it wouldn't give me a reference number and it just said someone would be in touch. I have not heard anything from them and not even an email to acknowledge the complaint. This website is a scam, they are selling counterfeit goods. I even found out that they are not legally registered to sell the brand of perfume that I bought. DON'T BUY FROM THEM - HUGE SCAM

Contrary to some of the negative comments I have seen across some platforms, I have to with urgency say that it's all not true!. My experience with Beauty the Shop has been 100% fantastic. An excellent company. They respond to emails. They have authentic products and deliver safety and on time. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. Don't always believe what you read on line. I am just relearning this. I will be buying from them again, so should you.

Great shop got my products very quick, had to wait a little longer on a response from them when I had send them a message but it wasn’t a big issue.. will order here again

Sold me a fake fragrance and told me to send it back, it's been over 2 years now and they still haven't refunded it, scam company!

Was very impressed with delivery time on this purchase! In love with the fragrance I bought Nishane - meant to be seen. I others on my wish list! Will be buying very soon

There's no doubt they have a wide selection of goods and competitive but the customer service is truly appalling.
I've noted on other negative reviews I'm having the same experience with no replying to countless
messages on their website which incidentally only works when it wants , it does not allow images of anything to be downloaded/attach files as it suggests you can do.
I ordered x2 products both on one order number then got a delivery with another email stating an order number for one that got delivered , I was expecting the other one to turn up which it hasn't.
Left messages and of course no response to this asking for at least a response. They get your money and ignore you.
They have a phone number which also guess what doesn't work .... this is all designed to eventually make the customer give up and it goes away for them. I also note they are keen to applaud their service when they get good reviews and hardly respond to negative.
Suggest tread carefully with this company as they are red flags despite any positives
You are only as good as your after sales care which in this case is atrocious

3 weeks I’ve been waiting for my parcel, all I get is the same repeated email any time I contact customer service. What a useless company, don’t waste your time and money with them.
