Service is excellent. My first online purchase from Australia and I cannot fault the shipping thru Fedex. I purchased the same Dr Levy masks ahead and those have still not arrived from the UK. Never buying from here ever again
Never buying from here ever again , why has it taken 2 weeks not get my parcel delivered, what the hell is wrong with there software or even sending items this was my first order from here and will be my last order, they don’t respond to emails, they don’t give you any tracking updates on your parcel, and now it’s going to arrive 5 days late such a joke of a company do not buy from here better off spending the extra £10-£15 more to get better shipping and better communication from a different discounter.

So far order has not received is still showing as the order being prepared, and messages sent not responded to, when and if the order is ever received, as it is supposed to be a Christmas present, not sure if it will be here on time, but this will be the last time will be placing order with this company, if you want niche fragrance best to use 50ml, Notino & Frmoda, as they have excellent communication as for this website/Shop

Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience sent the wrong item. Weeks to get a response. Changed the order description to what they sent lucky I had taken a picture of the original order. They finally agreed to it was incorrect sent a returns labelled tracked, then said they hadn’t received and tracking said it had been received.
Possibly the worst shopping experience ever please avoid
I weeks awaiting a refund or any support
Ordered the 18/2/2025 contacted them 28/2/2025 once I’ve received the incorrect item and still not resolved
Additionally I’ve now been contacted by the beauty shop to remove the review, which I will not do due to the experience not changing
