I recently purchased ‘Chanel’ perfume from this website. As soon as I opened the package I realised the error I had made.
I would recommend consumers if considering purchasing Chanel or any other branded perfume from them head the advice from the Chanel website as follows; ‘ We regularly remind our customers that if a deal seems too good to be true, then it is probably a counterfeit, and that the best way to avoid being misled about the origins of products is to buy them only from authorized sellers’
I will let consumers make up their own minds…

Order #1416. It's been a month and past the delivery window given. I tried to contact them through the order page but there's no response. It's not a good business practice to leave your customers wondering what happened to their money and order. I will update this review accordingly.

24/09/21 - Downgrading to 1 star. it's been 3 months and nothing, not even a reply from them. If this company is not a scammer, then they're not doing their business right. If you plan on buying stuff from them, there's a BIG chance you won't receive it.

Long shipping, bad service, doubting if these people aren't scammers
Ordered a product 6th of June, but to my surprise I received an e-mail that the product would be deliver the 8th of July the latest (a month to ship a small bottle of perfume, but okay....).

After the 8th of July, still no delivery and also no update whatsoever. Tried to call them through the phone number I received in the first e-mail. Guess what.... phone number out of order....

Next step; I sent them an e-mail why I didn't receive anything yet and if they could give me an update. Reply: Order has a delay, package will arrive 24 of July the latest....

Really guys? 7 weeks to deliver a bottle of perfume? No apologizes, no compensation and still no package..

This must be the worst experience with a Webshop ever.

Hilarious update:

When I leave a review; within 1 hour I receive an e-mail from trustpilot because beauty traders want me to verify who I am (because otherwise they can delete this review).

I sent them an e-mail even before the review for them to come with a solution; still no answer from them 😂

Always open to a solution, but as you can read; better stay away from these guys

I spent £50 on "Sauvage" perfume. After receiving the item and leaving a review based on the quality of the item, I was threatened that if I did not change my review to a positive one, they would pursue legal action. After this they said I should return the item at my cost. The cost to return the item is minimum £24. I do not trust that this postage will be reimbursed when it is returned, as i'll be out of pocket by £73 in total. I asked them to offer free return postage, they have stopped responding to me. I have reported the company to Trust Pilot for the suspicious reviews and threatening of customers. I have also reported the company to the trading standards agency, and to Sauvage. I really hope they are investigated properly. I have also consulted with my lawyer and he has no doubt that if they were to pursue this case in court - they would lose. So don't be scared! Don't take down your review. Let's prevent customers from trusting this company, who are distributing fake goods. I've had to edit this review to make sure it's within trustpilots rules, please be aware that there is more to this company that I have had to remove.

I will recommend this site to anyone. Easy to use. The staff are sooo cool! Great job!

I bought a Creed edp which arrived well packed and in line with expected delivery window. It was a very good price. It was advertised as a tester so was in a plain box. For a gift to myself this was not an issue. Will now buy again. Thanks

Great price and website easy to navigate and place order. Item arrived at the quickest end of the delivery window and in the expected condition. Would definitely (and already have) use Beauty Traders again and make it one of my ‘go-go’s’ for my fragrance needs.
