They sent me a porfume of a very low quality, i doubt it's original, i don't feel the same smell

I ordered a Savage aftershave and still haven’t received it , They took my £50.15 money , they even message saying there looking in to it give them 3 mounts which I did then I’ve messaged them again & not heard anything back 🥺😭 it was my husband’s XMas & birthday present.

How is this business still operating? Clearly writing their own reviews to boost their score. I have had to tone down my review as it has been flagged as defamatory. How can a company who is doing this to people still be in control of what goes on trust pilot! This should really be a police matter!

You should use the chargeback scheme to get your money back, it is easy to do - please google it!

Ordered aftershave in Oct 21, never arrived l also got the wait 3 months for Royal Mail—- which is a load of rubbish. I have contacted my bank for charge back.

This company is a scam. Ordered perfume in November contacted them for non delivery told it would take up to 3 months to get the tracking from the postal service. They are now ignoring all emails.

I ordered over £100.00 worth of products and paid back in November. I still haven’t received anything. I emailed them directly and they said to wait 30 days. After no arrival I emailed again and they said to wait 90 days for a postal claim. Still nothing and now they are ignoring my emails.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!

After insisting 3 months later they have the nerve to answer that it is on the way, 2 months later I am still without the perfume and without the money. DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM

Do not buy from this company they are thieves spent one hundred pounds and no goods. They ignore emails won't give tracking details. Told can tale 3 months to investigate where my goods are. Pffft what rubbish.

I ordered perfume in November in time for Christmas still has not arrived this is a company to be ignored

I have been waiting over 6 weeks now, when I questioned after the 30 days I got an email to say they will investigate with the postal service, this will take up to 3 months and do not contact them before then.
1 this is not good customer care, since I have emailed them 5 times each one asking for shipping company name or a refund to the product I had not received with in their own given T&C regulations and each email has been ignored and Im still 56 quid down, no perfume for my money - im so disheartened
I guess as my mum always said if something seems too good, it probably is!!!!!!! I share this as dont be sucked in by the obviously fake positive reviews - as from my experience and the frequency of the bad reviews - alas I dont think I will ever see my perfume or my money again, If this saves you the hassle I have been through and them scamming one less person then at least that's one positive thing of my experience!!
