AYBL Reviews

I had a very positive experience when having an issue with an item from my order. Krystelle was quick to help and resolved my issue with ease. I appreciate the care put into the customer service, and I really like the quality of the clothing.

Yuliia helped me with my order, fast replies and great customer service, thankyou

Really disappointed with these leggings. I’ve purchased two pairs of AYBL leggings and both have now ripped at the seam on the bum.

I would expect much better durability, especially as I’ve generally liked AYBL and have been happy with the quality of their products. (Left a 5 star review in 2023) I’ve bought leggings from other brands and have never had this issue!

For the same fault to happen with both pairs is really disappointing and has definitely made me question the quality of these leggings. I would not expect this after paying for what should be good-quality activewear.

GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE FOR ANY REFUND!

The customer service is excellent! Thank you, Elysia, for your help. You made everything so easy to sort out!

I’m really happy with the service I received from AYBL. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and I truly appreciate how my request was handled.
A special thank you to Elysia for her kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout the process. She was very helpful and made sure everything was properly taken care of. I really appreciate her support and quick communication.
Thank you, Elysia, and thank you AYBL for the great customer service! 💜

The customer service is so cooperative, I had an issue and they got back and fixed the issue within 24 hours. Would just like to thank the customer service team and especially Paige M for all the help

Quality of items was great. Order had an issue and one of the items was unable to be delivered. Elysia from customer support was able to help out and send a replacement free of charge!

Great brand. Advise to google sizing of the range you want to get eg adapt, enhance as they fit differently. I have enhance in medium and adapt in small. I have a few videos on my instagram if you’re interested to see how they look. sophie_edwards_insta I’m 5.5 and 61kg for reference

Krystelle was fab. Very polite. Love the leggings! Thank you so much.

Love AYBL! 💕 Beautiful, flattering pieces with perfect support, gorgeous colours, and amazing customer service! ✨

I buy all my active wear at AYBL. Unfortunately the latest product I bought had a malfunction. Krystelle handled this well. Great service. Thank you!

An overall good experience.Usually, deliveries take a long time to arrive, but the items are always very well taken care of.In my latest order, I received a low-quality pair of leggings, but Elysia handled it really quickly and offered a replacement, so I am expecting a brand new pair on the house. The products are usually good, but they are not very sweat-friendly, which is unexpected since AYBL is a fitness brand. In this case, I believe there is room for improvement.I would definitely recommend giving AYBL products a chance.

Thank you Elysia for your help, it was super easy and quick. I really appreciate it!

Their products are so amazing, I'm in love with the fit and quality 🎀

I’ve tried so many popular fitness apparel companies and aybl is by far my favorite. It’s not even a competition. And despite their insane growth and popularity, the customer service remains on point. @amandatayfit
