As I also read in several other reviews, I am a rather slim person and I ordered the “Enhance Seamless Leggings – Brown”. From the very first day of use, after wearing them only once, the fabric started pilling. Honestly, this makes me question the actual quality of the product considering the price.

However, I would like to highlight that the customer service was very responsive and professional. After sending photos by email, a replacement pair is currently being arranged without any issues. I would especially like to thank Nikola for the professionalism, kindness, and quality of the support provided.

Overall, my experience is mixed: the product quality leaves me doubtful, but the customer service has been very satisfying.

After I placed my order the post unfortunately managed to lose it, however I got my package resent once again with no issues and no additional charge. Katie was super helpful and resolved my problem very fast! Thank you!

I’ve ordered for the first time during the birthday sale and had some issues getting my order, and AYBL has ensured each time that I will get my order with no additional charge to me. Even though response takes a while, they do respond within 24-36 hours and they do ensure your problem is solved! The customer service team is amazing!

I ordered a pair of leggings and they had a hole in them after one wear, I asked for a replacement and they sent one out no problem. Iv bought Aybl clothing before and this is the first time had an issue with a product but very pleased with how it was rectified.

Prompt delivery. Unfortunately the top I ordered had a small hole. Elysia from customer services sorted this for me very quickly and issued a refund with no need to return the item. Excellent communication!

Wrong order

I had an issue with the delivery of my order, i got the wrong one. As soon as got online to ask customer service what could be done, Arya was super responsive dans took care of the issue very quickly ! All is good, i am now waiting for my order, and hope to get it soon !!
