Beckett & Knox is a company in China using an address in the states , fake help desk names with generic massages , avoiding questions. Shipping times are long and no information will be provided, stay away from another Chinese scam company
I was very disappointed with my experience due to Beckett & Knox’s restrictive return policy. I bought an item as a Christmas gift, but because the company only allows 14 days for returns, I was unable to return or exchange it once the holiday had passed.
For a clothing retailer—especially one whose products are commonly purchased as gifts—this policy feels unreasonable and not customer-friendly. Most retailers extend their return windows during the Christmas season to accommodate gift-giving, but that was not the case here.
