In general is a nice bed.
The bed that I perched is one nice, am sure that they have a better quality, the sales department (S.H. Mijinke - Den Bosh) and delivery team are nice and friendly.

Worst shop in the Netherlands
I chose Beddenreus (September 15th) because in the shop they promised that I will get my mattress in 3 weeks. 1 week before delivery I got a message that Beddenreus changed my delivery date to plus 1,5 months. I got the mattress in November. And... mistake with type of mattress 🤦♀️. Call center sent to me a specialist to check a type of mattress but I got loaders. They came to me and they didn't have any information from Beddenreus what should they do. After my explanation they sent new request for mattress specialist. In total: I ordered mattress in September, now is January and I still don't have right mattress what I ordered. I'm planning to go to the court.
Don't trust Beddenreus, they have only mistakes and mistakes with everything. You will never get your product.

Never again
Beddenreus can't keep their promises. We will never buy anything here again.
Four years ago we bought a mattress (140x200 pocket spring X3000) at Beddenreus. The mattress comes with a 3 year guarantee. After 3 years the mattress was already very saggy. That should not be possible. That's why we recently went back to the store to get a new mattress. At first we hadn't thought about the guarantee until the sales advisor mentioned something about this. And because we saw Beddenreus her ''5 certainties'' on the shop window AND behind the cash register. Those 5 certainties can also be found on the Beddenreus website. One of the certainties is '5 year quality guarantee'.
The sales consultant was unable to explain what the certainty ''5 year quality guarantee'' is. Then I called 3 times with customer service employees, they couldn't share anything about this either.
We believe that if a Beddenreus promote there certainties such as ''5 year quality guarantee'', ''not good, money back'', ''honest and professional advice'', that a company can adhere to this. And that employees are able to inform customers about this.

Just relocated from Denmark to The Netherlands, found a bed on Beddenreus and decided to give it a try instead of going for the safe bet of IKEA. What a nightmare!
1) Bed takes 17 days to arrive, great. Who needs a bed when moving countries.
2) Bed arrives missing box with legs. Contact customer service and get told to just wait, that they are sorry and that the box with legs will get sent by post. Kindly asked to wait this out. Great, more waiting and being without a bed.
3) We try to at least put the bed together so that when the legs arrive we can finally sleep on a bed. But surprise, surprise, the bed is missing 8 screws so we can't even do that. Also, one of the metal screw holes is broken and the screw just spins around inside.
Disappointed and royally pissed. Never again Beddenreus, never again.

Good, comfortable mattress
Bought a MAXI FOAM 180X200 mattress. It is really comfortable. The delivery process was as agreed, the product had a neutral smell and it came back to it's shape much faster than expected.
